party system" and compared it with the old political party system,highlighting new features of the new political party system.In December 2020,the regulations on the work of the united front of the CPC issued by the CPC Central Committee further defined this system as the "new socialist political party system with Chinese characteristics",highlighting the attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics of the new political party system.China’s new political party system is a party system with unique Chinese characteristics.According to the Marxist theory of political parties and combined with the actual development of China,it created the theory of political parties with Chinese characteristics,which laid a theoretical foundation for the effective display of the governance through consultation between the CPC with other political parties and non-affiliates.In September 1949,the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)was convened.China’s new political party system was established.After the founding of new China,all those non-CPC political parties and non-affiliates that under the leadership of the CPC had devoted themselves to realizing the grand
