On The Sinicization Of Marxism From The Perspective Of Party Constitution

The Party Constitution is the most fundamental programmatic and normative document of the Communist Party of China.Over the past hundred years,the Communist Party of China has formulated and revised a program and eighteen party constitutions.Because the Party’s one major program actually plays the role of the Party Constitution,it is included in the scope of this article.The localization of Marxism in China is a dynamic process that combines the basic principles of Marxism with China’s reality to solve China’s problems.Both the Party Constitution and the sinicization of Marxism play an indispensable role in promoting the centennial great journey of the Communist Party of China.They guide and promote the Communist Party of China from infancy to maturity and from weakness to strength.The change and development process of the Party Constitution and the localization of Marxism in China are basically the same,and they reflect,influence and promote each other.On the one hand,the process of periodic revision of the Party Constitution reflects and affects the historical process of the localization of Marxism in China.On the other hand,a series of significant achievements made in the localization of Marxism in China have been enriched into the Party Constitution and promoted its continuous enrichment and improvement.To straighten out the relationship between the Party Constitution and the localization of Marxism in China,which reflects,affects and promotes each other,is the prerequisite for this study.The first chapter,from a vertical perspective,reveals the embodiment of the historical evolution of the Party Constitution on the development of Marxism in China.Specifically,based on the state and role of each party constitution in the history of the Communist Party of China,one program and the eighteen party constitutions can be divided into six different periods of historical development.The first program and the two to six party constitutions are the period of creation and initial development,the seven party constitutions are the period of maturity,the eight party constitutions are the period of continuous development,and the nine to eleven party constitutions are the period of serious setbacks The Party Constitution of the Twelfth National Congress to the 18 th National Congress is a period of re recovery and continuous innovation,and the Party Constitution of the 19 th National Congress is a period of achieving a new leap.These six different historical periods also reflect and correspond to the historical evolution process of the localization of Marxism in China,that is,the process of early exploration,maturing,continuous development,tortuous development,keeping pace with the times and realizing a new leap in history.The second chapter,from a horizontal perspective,analyzes the reflection of the gradual improvement of the content of the Party Constitution on the maturity of the CPC in the process of the localization of Marxism in China.The Party Constitution fundamentally and rigorously regulates the activities and behaviors of the Communist Party of China in terms of content.The gradual enrichment and improvement of its content originates from and reflects the gradual maturity of the Communist Party of China.The Party Constitution generally covers three aspects: the basic theory of the Party,the organizational norms of the Party,and the discipline norms of the Party.Among them,the gradual improvement of the basic theoretical content of the General Outline of the Party Constitution on the nature of the Party,the purpose of the Party,the status of the Party,and the tasks of the Party reflects the Party’s maturity in ideological and theoretical construction,The provisions of the Party Constitution on the discipline subject,content and object of the Party’s discipline are gradually and clearly showing that the Party has become mature in discipline construction.The increasingly perfect and progressive content of the Party Constitution is the result of the gradual maturity of the Communist Party of China in the process of Marxism sinicization.The third chapter is based on the perspective of the spiritual essence of the Party Constitution,and explains the embodiment of the changes in the essence of the Party Constitution on the innovative achievements of each stage of the localization of Marxism in China.In the course of a hundred years of revolution,construction and reform,the Communist Party of China has continuously realized the sinicization of Marxism.In practice,it has formed a new revolutionary road of encircling cities in rural areas and seizing power by armed forces,a new road of peaceful redemption for socialist transformation,and innovative achievements of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics;Theoretically,it has formed the theoretical innovation achievements of the localization of Marxism in China,including Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics;In terms of system,the system innovation achievements have been formed,including the the implementation and operation of the Party Constitution,and summarizes the role of the implementation of the Party Constitution in promoting the identification of Marxism in China within the Party.The implementation of the Party Constitution is an important part of giving play to the role and function of the Party Constitution,which is usually realized through practical activities such as explaining,publicizing,learning and practicing the Party Constitution.Among them,there is a intersection between the interpretation of the Party Constitution and the promotion of the Party
