| Collectivism is the principle of socialist morality.The Party and the state have always attached importance to the construction of values of college teachers and repeatedly emphasized that college teachers should take the lead in practicing socialist core values.At the same time,college teachers shoulder the mission of promoting morality and cultivating people in higher education.Under the pattern of "ideological and political thinking",teachers’ collectivist values show a high spillover effect on students.Therefore,the promotion of collectivism values should be an important dimension of the guidance of college teachers’ values.At present,the academic circle’s research on the values of teachers in universities and colleges has shown the characteristics of "vertical depth",that is,to analyze the status quo and improvement of teachers’ values from specific points.However,the current research on how to develop collectivist values of college teachers is relatively lacking,so the core of the research focuses on discussing the development mechanism of collectivist values of college teachers.Clarifying the concept of collectivist values of college teachers is the premise of the research.The connotation essence of collectivism values of college teachers is about the ideological form of collective value rather than the concrete value evaluation of something.It is the reflection and judgment of the collective value in social practice rather than the pure subjective world;It is a rational understanding of long-term stability of collective value rather than an instantaneous and volatile perceptual intuition.The object range of collectivist values of college teachers covers the value identification of "national collective","unit collective" and "community collective".In addition,the moral psychological structure of collectivist values of college teachers includes collectivist value cognition,emotion,will,motivation and behavior(tendency).These factors can have linear effects on behavior independently,or they can influence the generation of behavior under the premise of interaction.On the basis of a certain theoretical paradigm,referring to the relevant model of values development,using the grounded theory method and empirical investigation methods such as in-depth interviews and focus group discussions,this paper studies and establishes the collectivist values development mechanism of college teachers.It is found that the development mechanism of college teachers’ collectivist values consists of the following three parts.First,the "logical deduction" mechanism of collectivist value norm of college teachers.Standardized learning mechanism is the process that university teachers internalize the external collectivism value standard system.As a professional group with a high degree of critical thinking,college teachers’ standardized learning process highlights the distinct characteristics of attaching importance to "logical deduction" and then critical acceptance.Specifically,it includes internal and external inducements leading to demand-induced learning,as well as the learning reasoning process of teachers’ critical examination of key issues.Second,the value decision of college teachers should optimize the mechanism of "cognitive-emotional interaction regulation".In essence,the mechanism of decision optimization is the development process of teachers’ systematic value decision-making ability from low to high.Its outstanding feature lies in the supplement and adjustment of teachers’ rational cognition to emotion consciousness in the decision-making process.The specific links of this mechanism include the implicit adjustment of deep mental space to the decision-making process,the complementary of heuristic system and analytical system,and the congruence and coordination of cognition and emotion.Third,the essence of the "high self-esteem control" mechanism for the stereotyped collectivist value behavior of college teachers is the process of developing behavioral skills and habits in the psychological structure of the subject,and its uniqueness lies in the active construction of the sensitivity and initiative of college teachers’ behavior modification.Specifically,it includes the regulation of individual self-esteem level and collective self-esteem level on their own behavior stereotypes.On the whole,the above research findings go deep into the psychological structure of the subject receiving teachers,providing a new point of view for explaining the development law of collectivist values of teachers in colleges and universities,and providing methods to follow for the guidance of collectivist values of teachers in colleges and universities. |
