Talented persons are the basic factor for military management and development, which are also the decisive factor of war victory. Colleges and universities is the cradle of training talents. One of the basic experiences of our military development is that Colleges management before military management.Teacher is the leading force of educational development and academy construction, whose ability and spirit determine the level of military academic construction. Obviously, the construction of teachers is very important, and the scientific and systematic teacher inspiring has very significantly realistic meanings.Management science and system science are the two theoretical pillars of the teacher's motivation mechanism. Our research is start from the understanding the basic principle of modern management science and system science. The extended researches of YOYO model is the latest theoretical achievement of system science. The field theory of physic science is introduced into the YOYO model in this thesis. Meanwhile, the composition rule of YOYO based stack of the spin filed and the conception of spin field, spin line and scale are proposed in our dissertation.This dissertation advised by widely questionnaire in nine military colleges and universities on the basis of the fundamental theory of modern management and the researches on incentive theory. The thesis concludes the characteristics of military teachers and the deficiencies of military teacher inspiring by the statistical analysis on investigation result. On the basis of previous research and author's experience, we presents the model of military teacher inspiring which consists of four the first level encouragement factors that includes material encouragement,spiritual encouragement, policy encouragement and environmental encouragement, and also consists of twelve the second level encouragement factors such as salary encouragement. By the description tool that use the YOYO model which is the latest theoretical achievements in systematic science, the thesis researched on modeling analysis of the effect on military teacher inspiring and compared and analyzed the relationship among the encouragements.In view of the crucial importance of influence and effect of management mechanism for the construction of teacher inspiring, the dissertation studied the methods in systematic science such as the YOYO model for organizational structure, power allocation, and policy of in and out, and offers some constructive suggestions. We should promote the flat revolution of military college's organization structure, where the power center should be appropriately downward shifted, and the barriers during major, subject and department also should be break. We should pay more attention to longitudinal balance of power and democratic management in order to use the academic power. We also should pay more attention to the construction of teachers group and introduction of talents in order to improve the talent flow and work efficiency.
