| Poverty,since the dawn of human society,has always been considered a challenge that humanity needs to confront.In order to solve the problem of poverty and its series of issues,such as famine,disease,and social conflicts,numerous countries and ethnic groups around the world have been tirelessly fighting against poverty.Throughout the development of human society,overcoming and eliminating poverty has always been a historical task that needs to be addressed.In the thousands of years of development in China,the Chinese nation has always had to struggle with various poverty-related issues.At its founding,the Communist Party of China set its mission as "seeking happiness for the people and rejuvenation for the nation." Eliminating poverty is not only an essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics but also an important mission of the Communist Party of China.To break away from poverty and change the backward situation,the party and the country have led the vast Chinese people in a spirit of unity and struggle,conducting unremitting exploration and effort.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has shown greater determination and courage,adopted more accurate poverty reduction strategies,and taken more effective measures to implement an unprecedented poverty alleviation project.It mobilized the entire party and social forces at all levels across the country to organize and implement the largest and most intense poverty alleviation battle in human history.After generations of continuous struggle and unremitting efforts,China’s path to poverty reduction has achieved great victory.By 2020,all rural poor under the current standard were lifted out of poverty,all poor counties had shed their poverty status,and all poor villages were removed from the list.In the new era of China,absolute poverty and regional poverty no longer exist.At the celebration of the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping solemnly declared to the world that,through the joint efforts of the whole Party and people of all ethnic groups in the country,we have achieved the first centenary goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and historically resolved the problem of absolute poverty.The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee adopted the "Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century",which once again declared: "Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,all 832 impoverished counties have been lifted out of poverty," 128,000 poor villages have been removed from the list,and nearly 100 million rural poor people have been lifted out of poverty,achieving the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development’s poverty reduction goals ten years ahead of schedule,historically resolving the issue of absolute poverty and creating a miracle in human history.This paper revolves around the theme of "Practice Exploration and Value Creation of China’s Path to Poverty Reduction" and systematically discusses from the perspectives of concept and definition elucidation,analysis of domestic and international backgrounds,development process and scientific path of China’s path to poverty reduction,and logic of value creation,deeply explaining under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the practical path of China’s poverty reduction,why China’s path to poverty reduction has achieved great success,and the future development direction of China’s path to poverty reduction.The paper is composed of an introduction and main text,divided into seven chapters for in-depth explanation.Firstly,the introduction part briefly discusses the background,value,and significance of the research topic of China’s path to poverty reduction.Additionally,it reviews the current research status and progress in the academic community on anti-poverty governance and other topics.Based on this,it further outlines the general research methods and possible innovations of the topic.Lastly,it systematizes and defines related theories of poverty,such as the concept of poverty,types of poverty,definitions of poverty standards,and theories related to poverty governance.Chapter Two elaborates on the historical background and theoretical origins of China’s poverty reduction efforts.China’s path to poverty reduction did not emerge suddenly or out of nowhere but has its own historical background and solid theoretical foundation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,while deeply examining the current state of domestic and international poverty governance,actively absorbed Marxist classic anti-poverty thoughts,developed the anti-poverty thoughts of Chinese leaders over various periods,inherited Chinese excellent traditional culture,and placed poverty governance in an important position in the governance of the party and the country,setting the elimination of absolute poverty as the basic task of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020.Clarifying the historical background and theoretical origins helps better understand the development source of China’s path to poverty reduction.Chapter Three,taking the hundred-year development course of the Communist Party of China as the context,divides the exploration of China’s path to poverty reduction into four different periods: the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform,opening up,and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It summarizes the historical background,key measures,and phased achievements of each period.Chapter Four focuses on analyzing the Experience of China’s poverty reduction efforts.Based on the poverty alleviation battle conducted by the whole Party and people of all ethnic groups since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it outlines the fundamental guarantee of China’s path to poverty reduction lies in the leadership of the Communist Party of China;the winning weapon to complete poverty alleviation is adhering to the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation and elimination;the fundamental value orientation of poverty reduction efforts is insisting on putting people first;the fundamental path of China’s poverty reduction efforts lies in focusing on key areas,key groups,and key fields,adhering to shared development;the ultimate goal of China’s path to poverty reduction is to achieve common prosperity for all people.Additionally,this chapter takes the poverty alleviation experience in Jiangxi as a case study to further explain the specific practices of China’s path to poverty reduction.Chapter Five summarizes the practical,theoretical,and global values created by China’s path to poverty reduction from three aspects.The development of China’s path to poverty reduction and the victory in the battle against poverty have not only completely changed the development outlook of China’s impoverished areas in practice but also enriched and developed Marxism in theory,contributing China’s strength to the global fight against poverty.Chapter Six discusses how the development of China’s path to poverty reduction provides important support for the development of Chinese-style modernization.Poverty alleviation is not the focus;in the process of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural
