Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to network construction,proposing that "There is no national security without network security" and advocating that the strategic deployment of enhancing China’s strength in cyberspace should be promoted simultaneously with the ’two centenary’ goal.College students born after 2000 are defined as "post-00s" college students.They have grown up in the key stage of realizing the first centenary goal,and their life and the development of realizing the second centenary goal coincide with each other,so they have become the witnesses and important participants in the achievement of the two centenary goals.As builders of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,the "post-00s" college students are also the new force in the construction of China’s cyberspace.As the "aborigines of the Internet era","post-00s" college students are experiencing and participating in a brand new Internet era,involved in the whole process of integrating the Internet into real life,and their own online behavior has also shown some new characteristics and new trends after being influenced by the ever-changing social environment,Internet environment,public opinion environment and living environment.The study of the characteristics and value guidance of the online behavior of "post-00s" college students is an important and cutting-edge topic that is profoundly related to the fundamental task of implementing moral education and the growth of the new generation and even the ideological construction of China.Based on the perspective of ideological and political education,this paper focuses on revealing the deep-seated relationship between college students’ online behavior and ideological and political education,then exploring the main characteristics of "post-00s" college students’ online behavior,and putting forward targeted strategies for the value guidance of "post-00s" college students’ online behavior.Firstly,the paper clarifies the intrinsic connection between college students’ online behavior and ideological and political education,starts from why online behavior can become a key area of concern for ideological and political education,digs into the connotation of online behavior,examines the understanding of online behavior from the perspectives of communication,psychology and sociology,focuses on the interpretation of online behavior from the perspective of ideological and political education disciplines,and clarifies the basic attributes of online behavior from the perspectives of behavioral choice,behavioral process,behavioral perspective and behavioral mode,emphasizing that compared with general behavior in daily life,online behavior exhibits the following characteristics: firstly,freedom of choice and openness of behavioral interval;secondly,immediacy of behavioral process and intuitiveness of behavioral logic;thirdly,pan-subjectivity of behavioral perspective and complexity of behavioral influence;fourthly,virtuality of behavioral mode and reality of behavioral reflection.On this basis,the paper further points out that it is of great difficulty and urgency to guide the value of online behavior.Secondly,the paper reveals the characteristics of the current online behavior of "post-00s" college students through the analysis of their traits of the era and the combination of research data.According to the research,the main online behaviors of "post-00s" college students include online learning behavior,online communication behavior,online entertainment behavior and online consumption behavior.Through the analysis of the data,the paper summarizes the main characteristics of their online behaviors,which are included as "fragmented learning mode,mediated interaction mode,diversified discourse mode and emotional value orientation",and further evaluates the new trend of the online behavior of "post-00s" college students.This trend is embodied in the following aspects: from the lack of deep learning to the flattening of cognitive thinking;from the unconscious behavior to the practice with cultural intention;from the demand for entertainment to the interesting edge of identity;from the distortion of individual emotional experience to the strangeness of the real world.Thirdly,through the analysis of the main characteristics of the online behavior of "post-00s" college students,the paper further focuses its research on the misbehavior of college students’ online behavior and the complex value implications arising from it.The paper summarizes four major manifestations of college students’ online misbehavior,i.e.addiction misbehavior in the process of online contact,disorder misbehavior in the dissemination of online information,infringement misbehavior in the use of online technology,and responsibility misbehavior in the maintenance of online security.The paper further reveals the negative impact of online misbehavior on college students’ growth and development,as well as on the construction of core values of Chinese socialism and national ideological security.The paper further makes a problem attribution to college students’ network misbehavior: the lack of subjectivity of college students facilitated by technological logic,the weakening of social control in the virtual social network space,the weakening of social control in the "disorder" virtual network space,the insufficient presence of ideological and political education in the virtual space,the networked dissemination of social trends and the diversified development of online social trends.Fourthly,the paper further focuses on the formation mechanism and value guidance mechanism of college students’ online behavior.The paper illustrates the logic of the formation of their online behavior,i.e.the deep relationship with psychological needs,realistic values,media technology and social structure,and clarifies the three contradictory relationships that need resolving in the value guidance of "post-00s" college students’ online behavior.They are the contradiction between the unity of value proposition and the plurality of value orientation,the contradiction between instrumental rationality and value rationality,and the contradiction between individual independence and social publicity.The paper proposes that the guidance of college students’ online behavior needs to strengthen the value judgment and characteristics analysis of social psychology as a whole,and to grasp the psychological characteristics,thinking characteristics and behavior characteristics of "post-00s" college students,which is the prerequisite for the value guidance of online behavior;The value guidance of the online behavior of "post-00s" college students should also go in the same direction with the orientation of social development,the proposition of national governance and the construction of core socialist values,which is the basic guidance of the value guidance of online behavior;It is necessary to establish and improve the practical mechanism of collaborative education,to enhance the effectiveness of the value guidance of "post-00s" college students’ online behavior;It is essential to convert the value requirements into specific value norms and institutional arrangements to provide strong institutional guarantee for the value guidance of the online behavior of "post-00s" college students.Lastly,the paper systematically probes into the value guidance strategy for the online behavior of "post-00s" college students.Value guidance is an arduous and complicated systematic project.Based on the clear direction and principles of value guidance,the paper focuses on the main constructive perspective of "value guidance of network behavior",and proposes five paths to strengthen the construction of value guidance in five aspects: public opinion control,system regulation,technical support,content supply and cultural influence.It also clarifies the construction of the guarantee system of value guidance in terms of institutional guarantee,technical guarantee and university education guarantee.
