The Case Studies On College Students' Online Collective Behavior And Its Guidance From College Ideological And Political Education Workers

With the Internet infiltrated into all aspects of campus life,college students' net-work life has undergone new changes.And the online collective behavior of college students is one of the manifestations.It forms from the common topic of concern of the special group.However,there are many problems in its transition,which requires the ideological and political education workers to guide it scientifically.The guidance will be conducive to the healthy growth of college students,to promoting the college ideological and political education and to enhancing social positive energy.While,the guidance work also has shortcomings,which need to be improved and perfected.So,how to scientifically and effectively guide the online collective behavior of college students is the focus of this paper.In this paper,the research on the online collective behavior of college students and its guidances has been put in the perspective of network ideological and political education.In the first place,this paper defines two core concepts of "college students'online collective behavior" and "The guidance on college students' online collective behavior ".And,it is based on the guidance theory of public opinion guidance of network ideological and political education,the guiding theory of internet communication.The study of the core concepts and the theory basis has laid a theoretical foundation of this paper.This paper draws lessons from some scholars on the classification criteria of college students' online collective behavior,according to the different content of the online collective behavior,it can be divided into three main types:emotional expression,interest appeal and social participation.According to this classification,this paper collected four typical cases of college students' online collective behavior by using BBS,WeChat group and QQ group as the data platform.Through the analysis of each case,it is concluded that the behavior of college students' online collective has the characteristics of value pluralism,rapid diffusion,permeability,instability and so on.College students usually participate in the online collective behavior by means of being network onlookers,network trial,internet mass hunting,and parodies on the Web.The purpose of participation is to promote the solution of the problem,causing social concern,getting personal fame and catharsis.At the same time,it is found that there are problems of irrational expression,network violence,the tendency of pan entertainment,and the negative emotions is easy to be transformed into practical actions.Similarly,the guidance of college students' online collective behavior also has shortcomings,such as failure to respond in a timely manner,improper response,information asymmetry between universities and students.In view of the existing problems mentioned above,this paper analyzed the causes,and then put forward the basic principles to the guiding work,as well as the thinking of guidance to specific types.As far as the basic principles are concerned,colleges should adhere to the principles of education,initiative,pertinence,innovation and cooperation,so as to guide the college students' online collective behavior effectively.At the same time,colleges should aim at the specific types,according to their specific nature and characteristics,carrying out the guidance work pertinently and effectively.The online collective behavior of college students has brought new challenges to the ideological and political education work in colleges,which has become the contemporary subject of it.This paper hopes that through the research of the topic,it can play a positive role in promoting the healthy development of college students' online collective behavior and the scientificity and effectivity of the guidance work.
