Research On Participatory Governance Of Folk Sports Integration Between Fujian And Taiwan

Folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan are one of the important forces driving the development of cross-strait relations.The academic research on folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan is almost the same as the research on the change of traditional sports and ethnic identity,and less attention is paid to the modern sports communication patterns and integration development.To this end,this paper uses field research and participatory social assessment research methods,explore the complex patterns of communication between homogeneous Song-Jiang Battle Ritual and heterogeneous baseball and softball.Based on the perspective of endogenous dynamics,the paper conducts participatory governance on the integration and development of folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan,case studies in depth by type comparison,to analyze the realization mechanism of the integration development of folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan,construction of Fujian and Taiwan Folk Sports integration development of participatory governance path.After the concrete research analysis,this article draws the following conclusion:First,The participatory governance of folk sports development in Fujian and Taiwan follows the spiral cycle of “Needs assessment-action implementation-feedback assessment”.In the process of governance,it is found that the integration of folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan is characterized by lack of identity,limitation of participation and lack of consultation.The practice of participatory governance in such aspects as cultural identity,identity identity,policy empowerment,organization empowerment,individual empowerment,negotiation mechanism and platform construction can deepen the integrated development of folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan.Second,The participatory governance of the integration and development of folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan is an interactive construction involving multiple subjects,it emphasizes the developing process from spontaneity to consciousness,from contingency to routine,from individualization to organization and order.In order to deeply understand the integrated development of folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan,we must excavate the motive mechanism hidden behind the participation of multiple subjects in governance,then it refines the implementation mechanisms that can do,volunteer to do,enable to do,be invited to do,and do in response.Third,The integration of folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan forms a participatory governance path,which is based on multi-dimensional identity,with empowerment as the key and consultation as the guarantee.Multi-dimensional identification,empowerment participation and consultation and co-governance are an organic whole of mutual cality and mutual circulation,showing a dynamic development process of mutual structure and mutual change.Multi-dimensional identity focuses on cultural identity and identity;empowerment participation focuses on policy empowerment,organizational empowerment and individual empowerment;and consultation and co-governance is based on order of consultation and co-governance.Through the research on the participatory governance of the two different types of non-governmental sports exchanges,it not only helps to deepen the integrated development of Fujian and Taiwan non-governmental sports,but also provides basic experience for the formulation of sports integrated development policies in line with the common interests of the people.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper draws the following two inspirations:First,The folk sports exchange between Fujian and Taiwan has formed the dual practice of homogeneous traditional sports based on blood,kinship and geography,and heterogeneous modern sports based on interest,career and study,it has become an important driving force for the development of Fujian-Taiwan relations.Therefore,the development of folk sports integration between Fujian and Taiwan should not only focus on the homogeneous traditional sports exchanges,but also on the heterogeneous modern sports exchanges,more importantly,we should promote the development of folk sports exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan on the level of institutionalization,normalization,institutionalization and daily life.Second,The integration and development of folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan should emphasize the multi-subject’s recognition of the integration and development of folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan,and enhance the participants’ will,enthusiasm,motivation and ability,it is necessary to strengthen the empowerment and empowerment of diverse subjects to ensure that participants in the integration of Fujian and Taiwan folk sports are qualified and able to participate in governance activities,to improve the effect and quality of participatory governance,it is necessary to guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of multiple subjects on the basis of face-to-face consultation,and to realize the goal of participatory governance through cooperation and co-governance.Third,After more than 30 years of exchanges and exchanges,the number of people in Mainland and Taiwan has formed a considerable scale.In order to break the social barrier,reconstruct the social network and realize the identity,the mainland and Taiwan people actively look for the interest groups based on the sports(baseball and softball).How do they achieve social adaptation and social integration,in the process of social integration and sports play a intermediary role,can“Interest affinity” be a new idea to connect the development of Fujian and Taiwan civil society besides the“Five affinity”.Fourth,The dynamic cycle of“ Assessment-governance-reassessment”is not a simple linear process,but a hypercycle of “Assessment-governance-reassessment-regovernance...”.Based on the anthropological ethnography of long-term tracking and deep participation,through the spiral cycle of research,to achieve the multi-subject interaction,repeated iterations and gradually fit,the accumulation of time and data is translated into the depth and value of the research.
