With the rapid development of the citizens’ participation, the effective implementation and development of the urban community participatory governance mode will show the accelerate trend in the construction of community.This paper follows the train of thought of "put forward the problem, analyze the problem, solve the problem", under the analysis foundation of community participatory governance concepts and related theories, according to governance theory and participatory domestic theory and analysis the present development Situation and the existing problems of the urban community participatory governance.
