Organizational culture as the integration of internal forces and process key means to adapt to the external environment,In the coal mine safety management is becoming more and more attention.To explore different communication situations,different types of coal mining enterprises organizational culture’s influence on the safety performance differences,Research from the communication perspective,combined with Wallach classification theory of organizational culture,organizational culture impact on the safety performance of path model is established,through the questionnaire survey of 352 miners in the organizational culture,and use many groups,structural equation model(SEM)to empirically the path model.The research mainly includes the following contents:In organizational culture types and safety performance,on the basis of relevant theories,combining with the actual situation of Datong coal mine group,puts forward the communication under the perspective of hierarchical culture,innovative culture and support cultural influence organizational safety performance,personal safety performance of the five basic assumptions,and constructed on the basis of the study of theoretical model.Around the theoretical model design of the coal enterprises organizational culture survey,352 of three state-owned coal mines with coal miners on the organizational culture,safety performance,and security communication aspects of the survey;Investigation has carried on the questionnaire of the pilot test and formal research,and uses the project testing and test positive factor analysis method of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey,the results show that the designed measurement questionnaire can better reflect the respondents to the actual situation of cultural cognition with coal group organization.Based on multidimensional preference analysis and variance analysis,the influence of personal background difference and organizational culture was studied.The results show that the age,education level and management level are relatively high,the age is lower,the length of service is shorter,the higher education level is higher,the higher the age,the higher education level,the higher education level,the higher education level.Using the method of structural equation group more than on the theoretical model and the hypothesis testing,the results show that high communication and low communication cases,the bureaucratic culture and support culture for the organization and the safety performance has a significant impact on both individuals and the innovative culture for the organization and individual safety performance had no significant effects;In different communication situations,supportive culture had remarkable difference in effects on the safety performance,and bureaucratic culture and innovative culture no significant difference in different communication situations,organization communication to adjust the supportive culture’s influence on the safety performance.The measures taken by the Datong Coal Mine Group in the construction of organizational culture,and the safety performance of enhance the effect are analyzed from a practical perspective based on Actual situation of Datong Coal Mine Group.The results showed that bureaucratic culture and supportive culture had obvious effect on improving the safety performance,which verified O-C-S model from a practical point of view furtherly.In view of the above theoretical and empirical analysis,thought the present stage in the state-owned coal mining enterprises,different category differences between organizational culture’s influence on the safety performance,and supportive culture will be affected by the influence of the adjustment of the safety communication,then puts forward the improving organizational communication openness,build a multi-level culture system,pay attention to individual differences in the background of advice.
