| Commerce is the main economic growth point that drives urban development.As an important part of urban functions,urban commerce is closely related to urban development and the lives of township residents.With the rapid growth of the urban population,the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure,and the rapid growth of the rural economy,the rural residents’pursuit of a better life has been promoted.However,the urban commercial development is slow,or presents a disorderly situation,and is related to the overall urban space.The structure produces many contradictions.At present,the imbalance of urban and rural development is relatively obvious in the rural commercial field,which is prominently manifested in the low level of rural commercial facilities,low quality of goods and services,and market order that needs to be improved.Many practical problems in rural commerce fully illustrate the necessity and urgency of strengthening county-level commerce research.In view of this,this article relies on the National Natural Science Foundation of China,takes Xishui County,a typical hilly county unit in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River as a case study site,based on "Project List-Data Support-Space Carrying-Functional Radiation-Network Optimization" Using GIS spatial analysis and network analysis methods to study the development level of the wholesale industry,retail industry,accommodation industry and catering industry in each market town and its business network,analyze the influencing factors of the formation of the market town’s commercial service scale,and based on location The distribution model proposes a route to optimize the commercial function of market towns,and proposes network optimization between market towns based on the evaluation of the suitability of land use.It aims to provide useful enlightenment for business planning and government decision-making in rural areas.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,interpreting the historical tasks of China’s development in the new era,rural revitalization policies,and pointing out the necessity and urgency of rural commercial service research.According to the background of reality,policy and theory,clarify the theoretical and practical significance of the study,put forward the purpose,content,ideas,technical routes and methods of the study,and introduce the typicality of the case study,the basic situation and the content of the constructed database.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation and domestic and foreign research.The article first sorts out the relevant concepts,theories and research status of the center,network centrality,urban business circle,etc.,from the review of the literature,domestic and foreign scholars The research on rural market services has similarities and differences.The third chapter is about the development status and spatial competition of rural market services in Xishui County.Based on the economic census database,analyze the supply status,distribution area,scale and reception capacity of different types of commercial facilities.Based on the spatial perspective,the nearest neighbor distance method,kernel density estimation method and grid dimension method are used to analyze the agglomeration characteristics of commercial facilities,and the location entropy and breaking point method are used to identify the commercial status of Xishui County in the surrounding area.The fourth chapter is the analysis of Xishui County’s rural market service center system.First,establish an integrated evaluation model for the centrality of rural market service centers,calculate the scores of various commercial developments in counties and market towns based on the entropy method,and evaluate the status of county and market town centers on this basis,and perform spatial gradients on county and market towns.Characterize,and then expand the breaking point model and Huff model based on the weighted Voronoi diagram,analyze the service scope of the rural market service center and the probability of attracting customers to purchase goods and services;finally,use the geographic detector to detect the size of the rural market center Influencing factors.The fifth chapter is the research on the network space structure of the rural market service center in Xishui County.The modified gravity model is used to measure the strength of the commercial spatial correlations of the market towns in Xishui County,and the XY conversion tool provided by ArcGIS software and the dazzling map tool in Origin software are sampled to generate geographic and topological networks,respectively,to analyze the commercial connections of the market towns.Using the social network analysis method,analyze the spatial correlation network structure of the rural market service center of Xishui County from the overall network and the individual network.The sixth chapter is the research on the network optimization of the rural market service center in Xishui County.Aiming at the existing commercial scale and network connection structure of the market towns in Xishui,the emphasis will be on upgrading the commercial files of the market towns and optimizing the traffic roads.In terms of simulation of location selection for market towns’ commercial upgrading and upgrading,on the basis of alternative market towns,the principles are the smallest number,the largest coverage of residential areas,and the shortest transit time.Finally,6 market towns,Malong,Bayi,Qingquan,Wanggang,Tuanbei,and Xima were selected as optimization objects.In terms of traffic network optimization simulation,starting from contacting the market towns,a road network level optimization plan of "being across from the north to the south" was proposed.Chapter 7 is the conclusion and outlook.Summarize the main conclusions of the research,put forward the innovative points of the research,and put forward the deficiencies of the article research based on the research content,and finally point out the direction of further research in the future.Through the above related work,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)There are significant differences in the commercial format of Xishui County,the spatial distribution of outlets is obviously different,and the commercial service capacity and spatial competitiveness are showing a significant upward trend.(2)The scale of the rural market service center in Xishui County decreases from low to high,showing a pyramid structure with a "top-bottom thick".Hierarchical centrality constitutes a significant circle structure in the spatial structure,which is basically in line with the scale of the rank law.(3)From the perspective of different business types,the main connection forms between the county and surrounding market towns are shown as radial,inverted "T","umbrella" and fan-shaped urban network patterns.The central cities in the county are in an advantageous position,The polarization effect is obvious,indicating that the spatial network connection of the rural market service center in Xishui County exhibits significant hierarchical characteristics,multiple spatial forms and obvious spatial dependence patterns,and is dominated by a single-core-driven development model.(4)The social network density of the rural market service center in Xishui County is low,and the status of each node market town in the network is unbalanced.The centrality of the same node is also different from the perspective of different types of businesses. |
