In recent years,the logistics industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region ushered in a rapid development period,regional logistics infrastructure is also improving,but there are still some problems in the development of regional logistics,such as logistics costs are too high,the reason is due to the lack of unified planning of regional logistics network.Therefore,based on hub-and-spoke theory,this paper studies the optimization of regional logistics network,provides a theoretical basis for the rational planning and layout of regional logistics network,in order to solve the problems in the process of regional logistics development.Firstly,paper describes the existing regional logistics network,using the measuring index of point intensity,cluster coefficient and point correlation to analyze the structural characteristics of the network,analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the regional logistics network.Secondly,the index evaluation system is constructed,the factor analysis method is chosen to evaluate the regional logistics nodes,according to the evaluation results,hubs are selected.Finally,the regional logistics network optimization model is constructed,genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics network as an example,optimized regional logistics network layout is Calculated.Based on optimization results,Shunyi,Wuqing,Shijiazhuang,Tangshan,Cangzhou are selected as hub in regional logistics network.There are some obvious optimization effects in total cost of logistics,transportation structure and other aspects in optimized regional logistics network.The distribution of the five hubs is reasonable and the radiation range is complementary,which forms the hub layout pattern of the region.The research results of this paper can promote the rational distribution of regional network and reduce the cost of regional logistics operation,which has some practical significance.
