Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Cross-Boundary Alliance Collaborative Innovation Network

With the deep integration of new information technology and real economy,interorganization cooperation across industrial boundaries has become the new normal of business.More and more enterprises establish cross-boundary alliances by participating in cross organization,cross industry,and cross field cooperation,and obtain resources through the collaborative innovation network among the innovation subjects in the alliance to complete the development of new products and services and realize value-added.In this network innovation model with the synergistic interaction of multiple heterogeneous subjects as the core,the network actors realize the value cocreation of cross-boundary alliance through different types of resource actions and network relationship coordination.How to make the cross-boundary alliance collaborative innovation network operate reasonably,orderly,and efficiently will be the direct driving force to promote the cross-boundary alliance collaborative innovation and sustainable development.Based on the theories of open innovation and social network,this paper makes an in-depth study on the network set formed by the innovation subjects and the multi-activity relations among the subjects in the crossboundary innovation alliance.In this paper,a cooperative innovation network operating mechanism of cross-boundary alliance based on resource synergy,relationship synergy and value co-creation is established.It provides feasible operational management system for cross-boundary alliances to achieve collaborative innovation and value creation.Based on the research results of cross-boundary alliances,collaborative innovation and collaborative innovation networks,this paper analyzes the innovation process of cross-boundary alliances and the characteristics,structure of collaborative innovation networks,reveals the formation and evolution mechanism of crossboundary alliance collaborative innovation network.According to the theory of value co-creation under the perspective of service ecosystem,this paper constructs a framework of cooperative innovation network operating mechanism of crossboundary alliance based on the principle of resource-action,relationship coordination and value co-creation.Firstly,the resource actions in the network are the basis for the operation of cross-boundary alliance collaborative innovation network.Based on the ecological niche and dynamic capability theories,the case study finds that the resource actions of cross-boundary alliance collaborative innovation networks undergo an evolutionary process of resource collocation,resource integration and resource reconstruction.This paper constructs the resource action mechanism of crossboundary alliance collaborative innovation network from the above three aspects.Secondly,the relationship coordination levels of cross-boundary alliance collaborative innovation networks are divided from the network potential of each network actor,the cross-boundary relationship between organizations in the local network and the replication of network routine in the global network.The study analyses the influence of the network potential of each network actor and the cross-boundary relations between organizations on the operation of the network,and accordingly proposes coordination strategies for the network potential of each actor and the cross-boundary relations between local organizations.At the global network level,network relationships in different situations are respectively coordinated based on general and flexible routines.Thirdly,value co-creation is considered as the goal of cross-boundary alliance collaborative innovation network operation.This paper designs the process model of the value co-creation of collaborative innovation network in cross-boundary alliance.The paper constructs a value discovery mechanism based on the value proposition of each network actor and its matching process,and a value creation mechanism from the perspectives of resource action and relationship coordination.This paper constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model for value co-creation collaborative innovation networks in alliance and analyzes the stable state of the evolutionary game.Finally,this paper takes the development of autopilot alliance network as an empirical object.This paper makes a specific design and application research on the mechanisms of resource action,relationship coordination and value co-creation of the collaborative innovation network of the cross-boundary innovation alliance.This paper demonstrates and verifies the feasibility and application value of the network operation mechanism.The research further proposes the development strategy to promote the operation of autopilot alliance network.The research enriches the actor network theory,service ecosystem theory and value co-creation theory system,promotes the effective flow and cross-boundary integration of innovation resources of cross-border alliances,optimizes the multi-level cross-border cooperation relationship of alliances,provides a practical scheme for accelerating the cross-boundary integration of traditional industries and information technology industries,and has important practical guiding significance for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
