Under the background that the strategic alliance has become an important carrier for the country to achieve independent innovation and optimal allocation of scientific and technological innovation resources,the overall realization and improvement of the collaborative innovation effect of the innovation main body,as well as the three-dimensional improvement of the collaborative innovation level of the alliance has become an issue of great concern.Identify the role of the resource allocation pattern and its influencing factors in the collaborative innovation of strategic alliances can better solve problems such as low resource utilization efficiency in the process of alliance collaborative innovation.Furthermore,it can promote the collaborative innovation effect of strategic alliances,and help companies achieve their goals through alliances.Therefore,this paper builds a conceptual model of the effect of resource allocation pattern on the collaborative innovation of strategic alliances based on the theory of factor recognition.It also examines the antecedent factors of resource allocation pattern — resource endowments,organizational routines,technology opportunity recognition,market positioning,competition degree,and social capital.These factors are included in the analysis framework,then the article puts forward research hypotheses and use multiple regression analysis to conduct empirical tests.Further,taking into account that knowledge resources are the most important core competitive resources for enterprise development,their dynamic liquidity characteristics may have an impact on the changes and fluctuations of resource allocation decision-making results,and the knowledge resource flow theory is used to classify the types of enterprise resource allocation models.Based on the situation of knowledge flow,this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of the different alliance intentions of enterprises,and adopts the numerical simulation system to discuss the changes of the enterprise strategy interaction,and specifically identifies and explains the differentiating role of different resource allocation models to the collaborative innovation of strategic alliances.According to the research results,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of collaborative innovation effect of strategic alliances,the design of enterprise resource allocation mode mechanism,and the formulation of innovation development strategies,which provides reference and decision-making reference for alliance companies.The research results show that:(1)The innovation factors have a direct positive effect on the resource allocation model and the alliance collaborative innovation.(2)Resource endowments,organizational routines,identification of technology opportunities,market positioning,competition and social capital elements have a significant positive impact on resource allocation patterns.(3)The resource allocation model has a significant positive impact on coalition collaborative innovation.Apart from that,the resource allocation model plays a part of the intermediary role between its impact factors-resource endowments,organizational conventions,technology opportunity identification,market positioning,competition and social capital and collaborative innovation in alliances.(4)Organizational communication plays a positive regulatory role in resource endowments,organizational practices,social capital,resource allocation models and collaborative innovation of alliances.There is no significant moderating effect between technology opportunity recognition,market positioning and competition degree and collaborative innovation of alliances.(5)Different types of resource allocation patterns have differentiated and guiding role in strategic alliance collaborative innovation.Alliance companies choose random-oriented resource allocation model,which will lead to the alliance evolved into a purely technical alliance or a social-relational alliance due to the uncertainty of the company's dominant intentions.These two types of alliances are beneficial to the realization of alliance collaborative innovation.effect.The cooperation-oriented resource allocation model is conducive to enterprises entering into product innovation cycles through inputting resources and participating in technology cooperation,so as to increase the collaborative innovation benefits of the alliance.Under the relationship-oriented resource allocation model,the increase in social capital investment of alliance companies may trigger a paradox of social collaboration and alliance collaborative innovation efficiency.Under the knowledge-embedded resource allocation model,with the deepening of knowledge flow in strategic alliances,technical cooperation and social capital investment strategies have a certain “counteracting effect”,and this resource allocation model enhances the stability of collaborative innovation overall.In the short-term,cooperation and relationship-oriented resource allocation patterns are more efficient than random-oriented and knowledge-embedded resource allocation models.
