Research On The Relationship Among Governance Mechanism,Value Creation And Alliance Stability Of Innovation Alliance

With the rapid changes in information technology,market competition has become increasingly fierce.Innovation and development is the source of sustainable competitiveness.The innovation alliance strategy enables enterprises to innovate quickly with the lowest cost and the smallest risk.Therefore,establishing an innovation alliance is an important way for enterprises to improve their innovation capabilities.At present,the number of enterprise innovation alliances continues to grow,but the proportion of alliance failures is high,the stability of the alliance is relatively weak,and the instability of the alliance will be a great waste of resources.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors of the stability of innovation alliance can not be ignored.In this context,through the combing of the relevant theories of governance mechanism,value creation and alliance stability,this paper revolves around the concept and division dimension of innovation alliance governance mechanism and the influence mechanism of innovation alliance governance mechanism on alliance stability.Three issues of "the role of value creation in the influence of the innovation alliance governance mechanism on the stability of the alliance" are studied.Firstly,through the form of interviews,we can get a preliminary understanding of the relationship between the innovation alliance governance mechanism,value creation and alliance stability,and construct a conceptual model between the three.The data is then collected by means of a questionnaire to analyze the relationship between the variables in the conceptual model.Through literature review,the innovation alliance governance mechanism is divided into three dimensions: transaction governance,relationship governance and knowledge governance.Value creation is divided into two dimensions: collective value creation and added value creation,and the relationship between the three is deeply explored.Concluded as follow:(1)Relationship governance has a positive impact on the stability of innovation alliances;knowledge governance has a positive impact on the stability of innovation alliances;transaction governance has little effect on the stability of innovation alliances.(2)Collective value creation and added value creation both have a positive impact on the stability of the innovation alliance.(3)Transaction governance has a significant positive impact on the collective value creation of the alliance,and has no significant impact on the creation of added value;relationship governance has a significant positive impact on the collective value creation of the alliance,and the impact on the creation of additional value is not significant;The two dimensions of collective value creation and added value creation have a significant positive impact.(4)Innovation alliance value creation has a partial intermediary role between governance mechanism and innovation alliance stability,as follows: Collective value creation has a mediating effect between transaction governance and innovation alliance stability,and added value creation in transaction governance and innovation There is no mediating effect between alliance stability;collective value creation has a mediating effect between relationship governance and innovation alliance stability,and additive value creation has no mediating effect between relationship governance and innovation alliance stability;collective value creation and addition Value creation has a significant mediating effect between knowledge governance and the stability of innovation alliances.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the stability of innovation alliances from the innovation alliance governance mechanism,and introduces two dimensions of collective value creation and added value creation as mediator variables to explore the influence mechanism of governance mechanism on the stability of innovation alliances,which enriches the innovation alliance to a certain extent.Theoretical research on governance mechanism,value creation and alliance stability provides a theoretical reference for the innovation alliance to improve the stability of the alliance.
