Relevant studies believe that the world is experiencing the fourth industrial revolution,and the resulting digital wave has swept the manufacturing industry,countries all over the world have begun to explore new formats for manufacturing enterprises in the context of digitalization.China proposed “Made in China 2025” plan in 2015,and strives to become a manufacturing power by 2026.The 14 th Five-Year Plan also puts forward new requirements for manufacturing enterprises,seize the opportunities of the digital economy and digital technology,and accelerate the realization of digital transformation.Supply chain management is one of the most critical links in the manufacturing industry,it runs through the entire manufacturing life cycle of a product.Some scholars have proposed that the key to the success of the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises lies in supply chain digital transformation.Based on the previous research results,this dissertation takes the supply chain digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises as the starting point,and focuses on the impact and path of the supply chain digital transformation on the competitive advantage of manufacturing enterprises in an uncertain environment,Striving to answer: Firstly,why should manufacturing enterprises carry out supply chain digital transformation? How does the supply chain digital transformation affect the competitive advantage? Secondly,what role do supply chain dynamic capabilities play in the process of supply chain digital transformation? Thirdly,how does environmental uncertainty affect the relationship between supply chain digital transformation,supply chain dynamic capabilities,and competitive advantage?In order to solve the above problems,this research mainly study the following aspects:(1)This dissertation comprehensively sorts out the theories and literatures related to this research to provide a foothold for the research conclusion of this dissertation.By using Citespace and Histcite software to summarize and analyze the related literature of digital supply chain,this dissertation explores the research hotspots and trends in this field,and analyze the connotation of digital supply chain.Digital supply chain is not only a simple application of digital technology in the field of supply chain Application is more reflected in the integration of internal and external resources,opportunities and capabilities of enterprises to achieve adaptation to the digital environment.(2)Based on the previous research and the research scenario of this dissertation,the dimensions of each variable are split.The supply chain dynamic capability is disassembled into supply chain learning and absorptive capabilities,supply chain innovation capabilities,supply chain integration and optimization capabilities.The environment.Uncertainty is disassembled into environmental dynamics and environmental hostility.Competitive advantages are disassembled into economic benefits,environmental benefits,and social benefits.(3)Building a conceptual model of supply chain digital transformation,including the digital transformation of core enterprises,the construction of supply chain digital platforms,and the empowerment of suppliers,which theoretically pushes the underlying logic of supply chain digital transformation.(4)This dissertation conducts exploratory case studies on four manufacturing enterprises located in Jilin,Liaoning and Jiangsu provinces.Combining data and other relevant information with the required research questions,the concepts of core variables such as supply chain digital transformation,supply chain dynamic capabilities and competitive advantages are defined,and the mechanism of action among these variables is derived.Based on the results of the exploratory case analysis and literature review,the research hypothesis and theoretical model of this study are proposed.(5)According to the characteristics of variables such as supply chain digital transformation,supply chain dynamic capabilities,environmental uncertainty,and competitive advantages,this dissertation draws on and adapts mature scales in existing research to design the initial questionnaire for this dissertation,and then passes Preinvestigation and expert review optimize and improve the questionnaire to form the final questionnaire.(6)In the formal investigation,this dissertation takes the manufacturing enterprises in the Northeast region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research objects.The time-lag method is used to conduct a two-stage investigation.A total of 589 enterprises are distributed with questionnaires,and and 368 valid questionnaires were recovered.The total effective recovery rate of the questionnaires is 62.5%.The number of valid questionnaires meets the requirements of empirical analysis.(7)This dissertation uses SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 25.0 software to test the research hypothesis.After descriptive statistical analysis,homologous deviation analysis,reliability and validity test and confirmatory factor analysis to test the sample data,Correlation analysis and regression analysis methods are used to verify the main effect,mediation effect and moderating effect of the hypothesis in this dissertation,and finally the empirical analysis results are obtained and discussed:(1)the supply chain digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises has a positive impact on the competitive advantage of enterprises.(2)The supply chain dynamic abilities play a complete intermediary role between the supply chain digital transformation and competitive advantages.(3)Environmental uncertainty positively regulates the relationship between the supply chain digital transformation and the supply chain dynamic capabilities.(4)Environmental uncertainty positively affects the supply chain dynamic capabilities and competitive advantages.(5)Environmental uncertainty positively regulates the indirect effect of supply chain digital transformation on the impact of supply chain dynamic capabilities on competitive advantages.The theoretical contributions of this study are mainly reflected in three aspects: Firstly,it expands the empirical research related to the digital supply chain,revealing that the supply chain digital transformation is an important means to improve the supply chain dynamic capabilities.Secondly,the micro-action mechanism of the digital transformation of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises on the competitive advantages has been improved.Thirdly,it discusses the contingency effect of environmental uncertainty,and reveals the boundary conditions that supply chain digital transformation indirectly affects competitive advantage through supply chain dynamic capabilities.The practical contribution of this dissertation is reflected in four aspects: Firstly,it points out an effective entry point for the digital transformation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,it provides new ideas for manufacturing enterprises to improve their competitive advantages,and provides a new way for manufacturing enterprises to improve their competitive advantages in the wave of digital economy.The manufacturing enterprises that are about to prepare for the digital transformation of the supply chain will send a reassuring pill.Thirdly,it will help the manufacturing enterprises to pay attention to the cultivation of the supply chain dynamic capabilities,and to attach importance to the relationship of supply chain dynamic capabilities in supply chain digital transformation and the competitive advantage.Lastly,to help the leaders of manufacturing enterprises re-recognize the role of environmental uncertainty,so that manufacturing enterprises can seize more opportunities in the uncertain environment.
