| This paper applies the characteristic state equation model of National Natural Science Foundation of China(no.50775016)and takes the multi-stage complex logistics distribution center of distribution center as the research object,proposes and establishes the characteristic state model,analysis and control method of logistics distribution center,and combines with the simulation method of logistics system dynamics.In this paper,the optimization and control of the operation process of the distribution center are deeply studied.Combined with the actual engineering background,the theory and method proposed in this paper are verified based on the actual distribution process data of a pharmaceutical logistics distribution center in Dalian.Firstly,this paper models the local distribution process of each stage of logistics distribution center,and defines the basic logistics activities.Taking the basic logistics activities as the basic analysis unit,through the comprehensive evaluation and screening of the actual common influencing factors of the construction project of Dalian supply chain system,three characteristic state vectors of time,quantity and cost are determined.According to the change law of characteristic state vector,the characteristic state equation of basic logistics activities is constructed,and the implementation of basic logistics activities is expressed intuitively and quantitatively in the form of characteristic transformation matrix.Secondly,the characteristic state equation model of multi-stage and multi variety complex logistics process of logistics distribution center is constructed.The basic characteristics of logistics are expressed in the form of quantity and quantity.This paper uses the characteristic state equation to map the logistics process to the state space,and transforms the bottleneck analysis and logistics control problem of logistics distribution center into gradient analysis and path planning in characteristic state space,which provides a new method and corresponding theoretical basis for solving practical problems.Thirdly,the symbolic calculation of the characteristic state equation is used to extract the critical path of the logistics process,which simplifies the description of the characteristic state equation of the logistics distribution center,In this paper,the solution result of the key path of the objective function of the characteristic state space theory is used as the optimal parameter of the optimization process of the logistics system dynamics,and a new method to improve the solving speed is proposed to realize the distribution goal of the optimal combination of the shortest distribution time and the lowest logistics cost,and solve the practical problems of the logistics distribution enterprises.Finally,taking a pharmaceutical logistics distribution enterprise in Dalian as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the logistics system dynamics model based on the characteristic state space theory is verified,and the resource bottleneck that affects the quality and efficiency of logistics distribution center is explored,which provides theoretical guidance for enterprise managers to make on-site operation scheduling decision,market analysis and resource redistribution,to achieve the maximum efficiency of enterprise distribution services,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and economic benefits. |
