| Innovation has been regarded by researchers as the main driving force to maintain long-term sustainable growth of regional economy.However,in the current scientific and technological revolution,faced with such problems as insufficient technological innovation,low-end industrial chain and inappropriate innovation policy,how to use technological innovation to reconstruct the innovation map and boost economic growth has gradually become a strategic issue of China’s development.At present,indigenous research and innovation is regarded as the process of realizing value through actively developing new products,and the process of independently developing unique core technologies with independent intellectual property rights.And it can break through the technical difficulties to break the rigid shackles of technological innovation ability and successfully help the underdeveloped areas to improve the level of economic development.According to our national development background,Chinese scholars propose that our economic development still needs to rely on the introduction and reform of advanced technology to solve the problem of“technology absence”,so as to promote the competitiveness of regional science and technology.In addition,transnational innovation spillover is also considered to be the main source of advanced knowledge and technology in developing countries,that is,the knowledge and technology embedded in the capital flowing into developing countries help to narrow the technological gap between developed and developing countries,and thus promote the economic growth of developing countries.Although the existing researches have explored the impact of technological innovation on economic growth with extensive ink,few scholars have compared and analyzed the different leading roles of different modes of technological innovation in economic development.It also fails to explore the different effects and trends of different technological innovation modes on regional economic growth under the influence of different factors by combining the factors related to industrial structure,high-tech industry and external environment.The existing researches have not explored the internal role path of technological innovation in promoting regional development from the perspective of enterprise micro-level,so it is difficult to effectively bridge the theoretical research of micro-level enterprise competition and macro-level regional development,and it also is difficult to reveal the specific mechanism of different technological innovation on regional development.Therefore,this paper comprehensively uses exploratory spatial data analysis,econometric model,case analysis and other research methods to explore the influence mechanism of different technological innovation modes on regional economic growth from multiple perspectives,in order to enrich the theoretical research on innovationdriven regional development.The main research contents include:Firstly,this paper empirically analyzes the spatial impact of technological innovation mode and industrial structure upgrading on regional economic growth.The results show that: there is a significant spatial correlation between the four modes of technological innovation and regional economic growth,and the four modes of technological innovation have a positive effect on regional economic growth,among which the effect of Indigenous research and innovation and transnational innovation spillover is relatively strong.The impact of the four modes of technological innovation on economic growth is related to the degree of industrial structure optimization.The effect of industrial structure upgrading on economic growth rate is affected by technological innovation input.Secondly,from the perspective of high-tech industry,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of technological innovation mode on regional economic growth under the effect of high-tech industry factors(including technology intensity and technology trading level of high-tech industry).The results show that: indigenous research and innovation and transnational innovation spillover have significant positive effects on regional economic growth,and the effect of indigenous research and innovation is greater than transnational innovation spillover.The science and technology(S&T)intensity of high-tech industries has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between indigenous research and innovation /transnational innovation spillover and regional economic growth.Under the effect of the level of technology trading in high-tech industries,the relationship between indigenous research and innovation /transnational innovation spillover and economic growth has a significant nonlinear change.In different technology-intensive regions,under the effect of technology trading level of high-tech industry,the effect of different technological innovation modes on regional economic growth changes in different trends.Thirdly,from the perspective of enterprises,this paper uses the case analysis method to explore the internal path of indigenous research and innovation of hightech enterprises to promote regional economic growth.The results show that: by completing the centralization of resource innovation network,high-tech enterprises play the role of "chain master" and realize innovation siphon through the internal path of “indigenous research and innovation-technology leapfrogging-innovation chain leap-‘chain master’ enterprise-government attracts investment by chaining-regional economic growth”,and then promote the regional government to realize the comprehensive layout and sustainable development of local industry chain by relying on the “chain investment attraction”,and help the development of local economy.Finally,from the perspective of environment,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of indigenous research and innovation on regional economic growth under the effect of environmental factors(including regional innovation network and government subsidy).The results show that: the regional innovation network has a significant positive moderating effect on the positive relationship between indigenous research and innovation and regional economic growth.The promotion effect of indigenous research and innovation on regional economic growth does not increase with the increase of government subsidies,but shows a trend of gradually decreasing and then increasing.With the improvement of the innovation network level,the positive moderating effect of government subsidies on the relationship between indigenous research and innovation and regional economic growth gradually becomes stronger.This paper establishes the theoretical analysis framework of different technological innovation modes and regional economic growth from multiple perspectives,deeply reveals the impact mechanism of technological innovation mode on regional economic growth under the action of multiple factors.,provides a new perspective and comprehensive explanation for the research of innovationdriven economic growth,and enriches the theoretical research of regional economic growth.At the same time,it provides theoretical enlightenment and practice guidance for Chinese government policy making and enterprise innovation practice. |
