Research On The Influence Of Technological Progress Path On The Upgrading Of High-tech Industrial Structure

High technology industry is the leading and strategic industry of the national economy;it is the decisive factor in measuring regional development potential and core competitiveness.The global financial crisis slowed down the world economic development,triggered the information industry downturn,and lead to the unprecedented bottlenecks of high technology industry.Therefore,how to adjust the high technology industry structure and stimulate its development gradually attracts government and academia's wide attention.Industrial structure's promotion orientation is decided by the choice of technology advancement way.Technological progress is an important way of promoting the industrial structure in China,but the inlluenc;e of different path to technological progress isn't also consistent on the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between technological progress path and the structure of high-tech industry.This article contains six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of this study,which states the backgrounds,purposes,definition of basic concepts,methods and technical routes of this study.In the second chapter,relevant theoretical basis and reviews of pasted studies are provided.the second chapter introduces the definition,connotation and features of the high-tech industry at first,so that the readers could have a very clear understanding of it,then the author combed the relevant literature review,and do a certain conclusion for theresearch of the domestic and international scholars about research status of high-tech industry and R&D ability of high-tech industry,so the author clarify the directions,results,and inadequate of the research of domestic and international of the present stage.This chapter summarizes the industrial structure upgrading theories and the choice of path to technology advance,which established the theoretical and methodological foundation for this study.The third chapter analyzes the influence mechanism of technological progress path on the upgrading of high-tech industrial structure.Based on the choice of technological progress path,the path of technological progress is divided and the influence of different technological progress on the structure of high-tech industry is discussed.The fourth chapter analyze the situation of high-tech industry in China,at first this chapter make some description on trends of indicators of high-tech industry in various regions of China in recent years,then using the comparison method to analyze the technological progress and the change of industrial structure of high-tech industries in various regions of China,so it can discover the shortcomings of high-tech industry,and it also can provide a realistic basis for the empirical analysis later.Chapter five is the part of empirical research,this chapter at first collecte the data,then try to measure and calculate the technology progress path index and high technology industrial structure rationalization index and high-grade index ? this paper uses system GMM model for empirical analysis.The empirical results are analyzed.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.This chapter summarizes this research's innovations,and points out the expectation of future research.Therefore,using the generalized distance estimation method(GMM),this essay estimates regional panel data from 2000 to 2015,the empirical results show that independent research and development could promote the rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure,but the rationalization of the eastern region is adversely affected.Foreign technology import and domestic technology import are advantageous to the rationalization of industrial structure,but it have a negative influence on upgrading of industrial structure,however,the foreign technology introduction can promote the industrial structure of the eastern region,and the domestic technology purchase can promote the industrial structure of the western region.FDI is beneficial to the rationalization and the development of industrial structure in the whole country and the eastern region.But it will have a negative effect on the rationalization of industrial structure in the central region and the high level of industrial structure in the western region.
