This paper attempts to re-examining many aspects of scientific demarcation in the context of Marxist philosophy, the aim is to have a clean about the pre-set and basis in the field of science Philosophy, have a further under standing for demarcation and provide the new pre-set and basis for the demarcation.Western philosophy of science only considered the demarcation as a purely issue, which is the important reasons of western scientific philosophers of science have all kinds of problems on the demarcation .Science demarcation is not a purely theoretical issue, but a practice problem based on the social history-process .We Should be take away from the single frame, into the broad framework of social history investigation and research carried out, and should be raise the scientific archimede bit of a practice.Demarcation of science covers the delimitation of the specific subject, delineation of the object and specific factors such as the demarcation criteria. In this paper, recognition of science and non-science boundary between the objective existence of the premise that: the object of scientific demarcation should be"domain of information"which between"real people"and the"object world"; the main body of demarcation should be involved in activities and people associated with the social composition of the complex set of inter including outside scientists and philosophers, but also investors, government officials, the common people and others to voice; Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth, it is also the core standards which divided scientific and science and the pseudoscience. to show that people thought the reality and strength through practice, to identify and combat pseudoscience waiting for something mysterious and must through practice; practice as a core standards of demarcation, with two interrelated important direction: firstly, can be transformed into real productivity thus promoting progress; Secondly, the people's liberation and liberty. the last thought that demarcation standards are neither absolute nor a single, there is no structure, but constantly developed in practice, and have a social dimension of history and"system".
