The proton-nucleus scattering is usually handled in the traditional approach from the viewpoint of nucleon. But in many researches it is also dealt with based on the idea of cluster, these researches have achieved great success in their results, which are in ct~ncordance with the experimental data.In terms of the viewpoint of a particle ,the principle formula of p- a amplitudes and the multi-scattering theoty of K.M.T, this paper deduces p- '2c o '~0 optical potential and applies it in the research of elastic scattering and inelastic scattering. In P-12C.. "0 elastic scattering ,it adopts the method partial waves to deduce the formula of elastic differential cross sections and calculate P~uC at the proton energies of T~=200.. 400.. 600.. 700.. 1000Mev and P-"O at proton energies of T~=200. 500.. 1000Mev. In P-'2C.. ~ inelastic scattering it adopts the K.M.T theory within the framework of the distorted wave impulse approximation(DWIA) to deduce the formula of inelastic differential cross sections and calculates the inelastic differential cross section for the 2(4.43Mev) state of '2C at the proton energies of T~=200..4O0..600. 700.. 800.. lO4OMev.the same for 3(9.46Mey) sate of 12r~ are done at the proton energies of T~=400.. 600.. 700.. 800.. 104Mev . And it calculates the inelastic differential cross section for the T(6.92Mev) sate and the 3(6.13Mev) sate of 16Q at the proton energy T~800Mev. Compared with the experimental data, all the calculations prove that the diffractive pattern is related to the proton energies. Meanwhile, the variation tendency of the cross sections is all showed. The calculations are in agreement with the experimental data. The value of the cross sections and the positions of the minimum and the maximum are well predicted. These results proved strong support for a -cluster model. At the same time, the degree of agreement between the theoretical results with different density parameters are chosen well it is possible to obtain a good agreement.
