A System Designation For Land Use Planning Environmental Impact Assessment Based On GIS

Environment and development are the thesis of 21th century. Our aim is finding out a method which can unify the development of population, resources and environment. As the speedup of urbanization and industrialization, the way and structure of land use become more and more complex. It leads to eco-environment more feeble, so as to impact the eco-system of land and infect the environment around it. The wrong way of land use not only induce the production ability of land but also make the land eco-system deterioration. It also impact the water-environment, gas-environment, noise-environment and so on. Environment impact assessment assess the impact of program, plan of region and policy of country. As the environment protection methods of strengthening environment management, prohibiting from pollution, coordinating economy development, environment impact assessment becomes more and more popular in increasing quality of panning. Our country is carrying out a series of land use planning, so the environment impact assessment of it is important and necessary.In this essay, I use the tools of SuperMap Objects 5 and Visual Basic6.0 design the system. The aim of the essay is design a environment impact assessment system for land use planning which is suit for country. The essay is consist of eight chapter. In the first chapter, it introduce the background of the task, the research situation in and out of China, the aim of the task and the core of the task. In the second chapter, it mainly talks about the technology the system based on, including database, object oriented programming. The requirements of system is the main idea of the third part, including functional requirements and no-functional requirements. The fourth part introduces the idea and structure of the system. Part five is about database designation, mainly about its classification, manage methods and coming true. The sixth part refers to how the system comes true. The last but one part is a case study. In the case of Xiantao city, environment impact assessment system id studied. First, it calculates the land use planning's impact to each factor. Later, it calculates the impact to the whole environment. Through calculation, we know that ecological satisfaction extend is 74.03. The eco-environment is more or less satisfying. The last part analyses the signification, innovation and shortcomings.As for some content not referred, author gives some advice to make the system perfect. Meanwhile, it gives environment impact assessment reference.
