Three dimensional geographic information system have already been applied in many domain of nowadays society, not only the digital Earth but also the digital city all needs the three dimensional geographic information system as the core technologies. This research based on the three dimensional geographic information system, cooperated with the scene virtual reality technology, established the three dimensional hypothesized digital campus of Northeast Forestry University(NEFU) successfully.This article not only studied with the emphasis of the CCGIS virtual reality system which creating three-dimensional space database based on the three dimensional controls system integration and the three-dimensional space database creation, but also explored the three dimensional geographic information system with browsing and interactive function based on using GEOLOD three dimensional controlling technology. This research has completed the following primary coverage:Firstly, the three main parts are gained as the foundation for the construction texture manufacture: gained NEFU's orthogonal projection map as the three-dimensional space database background texture, obtained NEFU's foundation mapping data as the spatial modeling basis, and gathered the main buildings' texture in NEFU's campus.Secondly, the scene gathering construction texture was processed: corrected the geometry distortion image, removed irrelevant image information, and then gained the real mapping texture for the building. The foundation data of the three dimensional modeling was gained after inducting the mapping date of NEFU (The CAD document) in the CCGIS system. Thirdly, the three dimensional hypothesized geographic information system in the CCGIS system was set up, including the three dimensional construction modeling, the real texture mapping, the irregular shape construction three dimensional modeling, the path manufacture, the hypothesized landscape, the trees, the lawn and so on parts. Finally took the orthogonal projection as the entire scene geography background.Finally, the three dimensional controlling technology was used to set up a series of hypothesized scene browsing system, the system has contained the scene flying browsing and the ground walking browsing, realized saw namely the obtained hypothesized scene browsing. In this system, the user can observe the campus in random angle, and can carry on the real-time inquiry, which has provided the real reliable three dimensional hypothesized geographic information system platform which is benefit for the campus planning and the managing. This is also the paper's innovation spot.
