| The data-sharing between CAD and GIS is a pivotal problem duing the development of GIS technology. Firstly, there is a great difference between the data models,it is the primary reason that CAD and GIS can not share each other.Sconendly, In China, the difference between the data specifications coming form different departments lead to the semantic conflict.Thirdly, some ways to convert datas form one format to another format pay no attention to the semantic information. So,the CAD data and GIS data cant not share each other in the data department. The information islands between departments form and the data resource is wasted. This paper does chiefly research on the theory and practice about sharing between CAD and GIS.By analyzing and comparing between these data structs of AutoCAD and ArcGIS, it summarize some patterns for sharing, and then, the way based FME to solve the data-sharing problem is gived.Basing on the software, the paper design the mapping relationship between CAD data and GIS data.Based on, the paper convert the topography maps from CAD formats to GIS formats. In conclusion, The difference between the data models is an obstacle to data-sharing.So we must masetr the data models and create the mapping relationship between them. The confusion between specifications is a reason. So we must unit the specifications. FME is an efficient effective application to share data between CAD and GIS.In this paper, the study help to sufficiently using the data resource, updating the data in time.it promote the technology development of the data-sharing between CAD and GIS.At last, the paper summarize the study and bring forward the prospect of future study. |
