In recent years,China has been frequently attacked by geological disasters,such as the Wenchuan earthquake,Guizhou landslide,Yushu earthquake and Shaanxi mudflow and landslide,etc.Along with China's economic development,various large-scale projects have been constructed,which put forward higher requirements for monitoring of deformable objects that affect safety of people's life and property.How to use the monitoring information resources reasonably and scientifically and how to meet the increasing demand of government departments at various levels of and the public for disaster pre-warming information service seem especially important.This paper designs a GNSS deformation monitoring data sharing service platform which follows certain norms and standards and is used for releasing,downloading and viewing monitoring information.On the platform,the government agencies,enterprises and the public can share information via Web service.At the same time,the rapid development of cloud computing has brought new opportunities for information sharing and has significantly innovated management mechanism and the release environment of the deformation monitoring data.Based on the cloud platform environment,the data sharing service platform proposed herein uses the SOA concept and WebService technology to realize the monitoring information service architecture.It takes GNSS data sharing as the core to study the integration,sharing,distribution and service of GNSS monitoring data and business data.The contents and the innovative achievements of this study mainly include:(1)To analyze the present situation and existing problems of management and sharing of deformation monitoring data,and give a brief introduction to the relevant theoretical and technical methods involved herein including the application of GNSS to deformation monitoring,data sharing,deformation analysis method;briefly introduce SOA and cloud computing.(2)To build a data resource sharing management model.By analyzing GNSS deformation monitoring data,the data resource sharing management model,the network distribution of data and the hierarchical realization mechanism of data resource sharing management model are designed.At the same time,the core metadata database of the sharing platform is designed,and the data capture is implemented to verify the data resource sharing management model.(3)To build the deformation monitoring data sharing platform.Based on the data resource sharing management model,the SOA-based deformation monitoring data sharing platform is built.The platform is divided into four layers: infrastructure layer,data layer,service layer and presentation layer.Designed the service process of major functions of the platform,and the database table structure of the platform.(4)Platform implementation and application.This paper introduces the system structure of the platform,designs functional structure of the system,divides the roles of the system and depicts the corresponding functional structure of each role.In addition,it also exhibits the main functions of the system,including data query and download,online data analysis,data resource registration and user login and registration.
