In this paper, we analysis the data of the lighting provided by Shandong XDD03A system from June 2006 to October 2007 and moist corresponding data.. The results show that:Lightning flash to the region mainly negative, representing 99. 04%; Summer is the most active lightning activity period(accounted for more than 75%), from 14:00 to 20:00 is the most active periods in one day , the Lightning , negative Lightning and total Lightning were bimodal distribution on the overall double-form.Lightning activity in the bandao and luzhong since 06-07 somewhat increased, the peak number from 34, 322 to 75, 883; Lunan and luxibei region Lightning 06-07 activities somewhat reduced from 85,934 in 07 peak to 149514 in 06 peak, it is about half a month ahead of schedule, of which Lu Northwest peak in July compared with other three districts.positive Lightning over the whole region is much larger than the average intensity flash negative, positive or negative, the average flash intensity were 22.42 KA, 8.54KA; Seasonal Variation of that negative Lightning and the Lightning current trend basically the same intensity, but the intensity of positive lightning Range is a larger change, the minimum of the overall current strength respectively in the summer, autumn and winter of the 8:00, 13:00 and 11:00. but in the spring and summer peak in 16:00; Lightning four divisional strength with the passage of time change even more, bandao in the Lightning 06 higher than the peak intensity of 07, Luzhong Lightning in the 07 higher than the peak strength of 06, 06, 07, the remaining two divisions of a basic peak.Lightning is the high incidence area in the region of lunan and luzhong.Relative humidity' s seasonal change in four areas have the same trend basically, smaller humidity in spring, about 60 percent . higher in summer, about 78 percent; Bandao , Lunan come into the bottom' s time is about a month in advance than Luxibei Luzhong . the daily Variation in Bandao, its peak and bottom happened early than three others about half an hour.Seasonal temperature changes in four districts are basically the same trend, all reached a peak in the summer, bottom in the winter, and 2007' s peak temperature was lower than 2006' s. Luzhong, Lunan, Luxibei are around the interior, their temperature changes more than Bandao areaLightning' s number in four areas change as the seasonal and as the same as the temperature and humidity . the summer which temperature and humidity are highest, the lightning activities are also most frequently, the peak reached in August, when the temperature dropped as the seasons, the number of lightning activity decreased significantly. the Lightning activities are poor responsiveness with the temperature and humidity After September,Positive Lightning in the regions generally increase from the beginning of April, negative Lightning rise in June; Bandao' s Positive Lightning have a more frequently increase rate than other regions, the Lightning numbers decline lower than the other three regions in the autumn. The Lightning' s increase Trend is the same as temperature and humidity, but the humidity' s peak advance the peak of the Lightning. The temperature' s peak behind the Lightning' sLightning strength of the regional negative change and the changes in temperature and humidity were negatively correlated. Bandao in which the most significant negative correlation, and the three other regions of temperature and humidity changes behind the Lightning.
