The ideas of sociology of scientific knowledge (SSK) which had been rising in the 1970s have a more wide-ranging implications in the academic community. Among them, The thinking of Steven Shapin who as an important member of the Edinburgh School has aroused widespread attention in academic circles for he studied the "social construct" of the scientific experiment about 17th century with his deep historical knowledge. The paper summed up and combed systemly the theory about Shapin on the political and morality of society in a scientific experiment program, on the basis of this, the paper reveals the thinking. of his construction. Firstly, The paper exposited detaily the argument of Shapin on the experiment about its origin, composition and analaied a series of views of Shapin on the arguments about Hobbes and Boyle on the experimental program in the controversy, as this reflected the confliction on both the philosophy and the political views, these revealed the social and political theory Meaning of Shapin about the constructed theory of scientific knowledge; And then researched moral implication on knowledge constructed in society which studied by Shapin in scientific experiments during the 17th century from the knowledge of the legalization of moral choice means, fact that the testimony of the moral judgement of civilization and the certainty of dealing on; Finally, the paper put forward some of the author's own views on the scientific knowledge of Shapin 's thinking on the base of domestic scholars' studing ideas, The aims of these is to understand clearly the meaning of construction about Shapin, then give us some inspiration on the correct scientific concept both in its formation and development.
