In this paper, we made seismic inversion and reservoir predication of volcanic rock of Yingcheng group using advanced method and technology of seismic prediction, and then we described the distribution range of reservoir, mode of occurrence and distribution of reservoir parameter comprehensively, at the same time we depicted elaborately the distribution relationship of gas and water, made analysis and comprehensive evaluation to gas reservoir type at last, the task above was completed by using 3D seismic data, petrophysical analysis and log information data on the basis of sequence stratigraphy, structural geology, reservoir deposition and theory of volcanic rock.We developed fine seismic horizon calibration on the basis of layering volcanic horizon of the first segment of Yingcheng group according to plot cycle and paracycle, and then developed comparative interpretation of horizon and fault. We obtained that configuration of every structural upper surface had good succession from base to supper surface of Yingcheng group, and the feature shows that south is high and north is low, both east and west wings are high and the middle part low as a whole, and the middle part developed a structural belt which aligement is northwest along the Xuzhong fault.We identify beneficial phase belt after delineating volcanic phase, which are got by seismic attribution technique, horizontal section, visualization technique and waveform clustering analysis combining with well drilling data and welling data.,then we obtained that the main epution mode of research area is gap- central type, and volcanic phase occurrence lineation along Songxi fault which aligement is northwest on plane, distribute in string, individual station volcanic apparatus distribute along the fault which developed with volcanic apparatus.We completed seismic facies analysis with delineating volcanic phase by using stratamagic analysis technique.We had a research on distribution feature of volcanic reservoir by using acoustic impedance inversion and density inversion, we obtained that generally speaking the density of volcanic reservoir is from 2.31g/cm3 to 2.53 g/cm3, and the acoustic impedance is from 9900m.g/s.cm3 to 14500m.g/s.cm3, stratum is tight layer if the value is higher than it, and is sedimentary layer if lower.We had a comprehensive evaluation to gas reservoir, confirm beneficial area after constituting geologic model, which could supply base data and fine gas reservoir descriptive outcome for optimization target and gas field development scheme design.
