Research On Urban Cadastral Data Loading

Management means in Cadastre information have developed to Computer management means from Traditional Labor management means. Establishing Cadastre management information system can realiaze network,informationization and automatic management of Cadastre information, improve decision-making levels and decision-making speed of leader,achieve fastly dynamic monitoring of land ,face social applications.The content in this paper are listed as follows:(1) Introducing Cadastre management information system in domestic and international development circumstances; analysis the construction background and necessity of Cadastre database ,and detailily describe its function and significance. And based this, simply introduce construction situation of Urban and rural integrative Cadastre database;(2) Simply introduce the reasons and background, and contents, task and demand of Urban cadastre database, and analysis Urban cadastre object; simply explain mathematics foundation and mathematical organization in establishing urban cadastre database, and it introduced construction step in detail of Urban cadastre database ;(3) At present, the second nationwide land survey is launching in XI'AN, and specific to this situation this paper realizes a method . It inputs attribute data based on CAD deawing by second development in CAD, then it joins attribute data in ArcMAP software, at last it transform in standarded database in Visual Basic software by programming, and simply introduce the advantage of this method.
