Block 17 of Liu xi Oilfield is a complex low permeability reservoir, it has developed more than 20 years. Affected by various factors, the heterogeneity of reservoir layer, the layer and the surface are serious, response wells watered out degree expanded, the proportion of low-voltage and low-yield wells is high, reservoir stable foundation is weak. The papers start from the geological basic research of Liu 17 block, detailed description of the reservoir based on the combination of the dynamic development of old well data, the block in-depth study into the way of reasonable development of the block.with the Development of the remaining 17 blocks,we had a new recognition to the reservoir distribution of this area, and it's necessary to evaluate the reservoir again. This paper from the sand body characteristics, porosity and permeability variations, distribution of oil and water, combining with the non-homogeneous evaluation to block layer of the small reserve calculation, sand body distribution, oil distribution, storage distribution and reservoir properties, take a reservoir evaluation to this area. Classify the reservoir permeability and reserves so provide the basis to develop oil field development plan for the next step.Take a dynamic analysis to the remaining 17, analysis it's current production, water content changing characteristics, the law of diminishing of the single well, block and oil field, water utilization, maintaining level of block and oil. Take a evaluation and analysis to the block construction measures and well adaptability, and analyze the development and geological reasons of water injection wells inject non-forward, mining wells with low, low-yield wells inefficient and more effective range of issues well watered serious causes. As to the aspect of producing reserves, analysis and forecast the recovery of the block use various of methods. Take a history matching to the area's reserves use reservoir simulation software, analysis it's reserves used situation and it's factors and remaining oil distribution, and then distribute division of potential development area.As to the aspect of development technology policy argument, take a argument to the rational development technology policy of this area, argues the economic limit well production of the block, reasonable well spacing density, reasonable pressure level, reasonable water injection wellhead pressure, reasonable production rate and injection and production ratio. According to the development layer partition characteristics of low permeability reservoir, combined with the study to absorption capacity of the block layers graphic profiles and vertical distribution of reservoir, divided the development strata of this block. We had demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of restructuring 17 Fault injection argument , according to basic program to forecast development production changing characteristics, remaining oil distribution, formation pressure changing situation, the control degree of well now to reservoir and the use of reserve levels, develop technology policy argument, take a adjustment to remaining 17 original patterns.Take into account to the basic reasonable of density of wells, oil and water well ratio of block remaining17, focus on improving part injecting and development wells of block edge and main site, reduce well spacing, and add development wells mainly, increase the reservoir control degree of small block, try to ensure that the small block oil wells injection corresponding to avoid the oil group. And to develop a plan to stay the development of 17 blocks, using Eclipse simulation software to predict the development plan, and compare the results from the development plan, selected development program which is fit to remaining17 block finally.
