The study of remaining oil is an important topic in domestic and foreign major oilfields must becarried out in the development of, The remaining oil reserves to increaserecoverable reserves and recovery rate is a huge potential, Enhanced oil recovery is to findnew oil fields. If all the world’s oil recovery rate is increased by1%,Equivalent to an increaseof2to3years of oil consumption. Therefore, since the emergence of petroleum industry, Hasalways been a goal of oilfield development geologists and reservoir engineers strivingforenhanced oil recovery. Strengthen the potential of different types of remaining oil reservoir,Study on the producing condition and distribution, has important directive significancetodevelop measures to increase production and adjusting development plan, the old oilfield. With the continuous deepening of exploitation, production speed, stability and yield havebegun to appear water cut rising production decline phenomenon, in order to further enhanceoil recovery, efficient development of oil field, further deepen the understanding of thegeology of the area, in this paper, Zichang oilfield in Anding District of Chang6reservoir asan example, through the contrast of strata, draw a small layer, also from the6layer structurecharacteristics, the warden ofsedimentary microfacies, reservoir characteristics, reservoircharacteristics and developmentpresent situation analysis, and through the evaluation ofthe adaptability of well network and finds out the main problems existing inthe development, thus obtains the block the remaining oil distribution and potential tappingmeasures. Finally, aiming at the present development present situation, in order to tapping thepotential of remaining oil in reservoir, proposed the adjustment plan, forecasts, and carries onthe appraisal to the adjustment scheme.
