With the growing of the awareness of environmental protection and the rise of "green project",green products and health textiles productions which are made of natural fiber are favored by consumers gradually.Flax has many kinds of fine performance,such as firm,cool,excellent moisture absorption and hygienic properties such as anti-bacteria,health care and antistatic,it can be considered as Green Health Products.bamboo fiber fabric is the real health-care products which will not cause any allergic reactions. Bamboo fabric will be more and more welcomed due to its particular characters such as cool,comfortable,antibacterial anti-bacterial and environmental protectionIn this paper,we mainly studied the fabrics made of linen and bamboo which design from fine character of linen and bamboo.The research is carried out by the following procedure research on pre-processing of the fabrics-research on anti-crease finishing treatment of the fabrics-research on mellow finishing of the fabrics-research on anti-bacterial properties of the fabricsFirstly,the fabric of linen bamboo are scoured by alkali and enzymes separately. It can be proved by experiment that enzyme treatment had to basically achieve the effect of the traditional alkali treatment.It seems that the enzymatic method taking place of the conventional way is feasible. Biological treatments have a gentle process that does little harm to the fabric.The treatments will reduce the energy,water consumption effectively and save the cost.Besides, enzymatic method which do no harm to environment is shorter than conventional way. So it is an ideal kind of treatment.Secondly,the anti-crease finishing on linen bamboo fabric is treated by BTCA. We analyzed the effect factors such as concentration of BTCA, concentration of NaH2PO2,curing temperature and curing time. Then we made an orthogonal test and get the following conclusions through testing crease recovery angles:BTCA120g/L, NaH2PO250g/L, curing temperature 150℃, curing time 2min.Thirdly, we mainly studied the three kinds of methods such as cellusoft mellow finishing, silicon oil mellow finishing and cellusoft-silicon oil mellow finishing respectively on linen bamboo fabric. We found that first one can improve the wicking of fabric,decrease the bursting strength seriously; the second one can reduce the wicking of fabric, increase the bursting strength; the preperties of the wicking and the bursting strength after third one's finishing is between the first's and the second's. Then we tested and analyzed other wear abilities. We got some conclusion as follows:on the entirety the style finished by the second method is better than that of the first and the third method.At last, we tested the anti-bacterial properties of linen bamboo fabric.The conclusion is that the anti-bacterial properties of linen bamboo fabric is well.And it showed that the anti-bacterial rate against Escherichia coli was 55.8%,and the rate against Staphylococcus aureus was 52.9%.The conclusion indicates that linen bamboo fabric integration property is better, as a kind of nature fabric, it will be more and more welcomed and bring notable benefit.
