Based on researches on present fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping methods and compared to the advantages of ozone fresh-keeping, the main components of new-type fresh-keeping equipment for fruit and vegetable by ozone are studied and designed in the thesis. Optimization and exploration are done on the factors influencing reliability, stability and efficiency. According to these researches the ozone fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping equipment with stable performance is designed and successfully applied to the storage of fruit and vegetable.Firstly, the factors influencing the reliability of buffer circuit in ozone generator and the output capacitor is researched through the theoretical calculation and experimental study in the thesis. The relation between the change of the temperature of discharge tube and control chip influence discharging efficiency and ozone production is analyzed. Based on these, the switching power supply and high-frequency boost transformer of ozone fresh-keeping equipment is designed. Secondly, accurate sampling circuit, protecting circuit and alarming circuit of the equipment are designed. Finally, based on research above, an open-loop control method is design to control the ozone launch and successfully used in cherry storage and good results for the storage have been reached.The results demonstrate that the equipment designed in the thesis is reliable, high efficient in ozone production and high performance-to-price radio. It satisfies the requirements for design and is highly spoken by users through the practical application.
