The Analysis Of Path For The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

China is on the way of industrialization. Industrialization gives people great material fortune, while it also bring huge survival crisis to human itself. We have been realized that the state of Industrial Civilization presented by"human-centered and on the behalf of destroying environment and ecology"is already not adaptable to the development of economy, what's worse, it becomes a great obstacle which impedes the progress of society. So people have to find out a new form of civilization to realize the harmonious coexistence and sustainable development between humankind and nature and among humankind itself.Ecological Civilization means while people transform and use the objective material world, the sum of actively optimizing the relationship between human and nature, man and man and man and the society , and of all of the physical, spiritual and system achievement when building a good ecological operation mechanism and a good ecological environment. Ecological Civilization is a post-industrial civilization appeared after Industrial Civilization. Commonality exists among Ecological Civilization, Agricultural civilization and Industrial Civilization, that is, they all advocate the development of productive force to improve human's standard of living. However, there is some uniqueness in Ecological Civilization, such as comprehensive, coordinated, mutually beneficial and sustainable. Ecological civilization, along with material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization constitute the system of social civilization and it owns a special position in the civilization system.Ecological Civilization is rational reflection to Industrial Civilization; is profound understanding and sublimation to ecological ideology in Marxist and Chinese traditional thinking; is also profound reflection to traditional developing mode. At present, the severe ecological status of China are shortage of resources and conflicts between supply and demand; environmental pollution and damage of lift quality; the growing deterioration of ecology and the increasing serious challenges of living. In the surface, this is the performance of tension and intensification of the relationship between human and nature. In fact, it is the constant tension and intensification between man and man. One of the factors which cause the tension of man and man and the environment problem is the lack of system which regulates, adjusts and restricts the relationship between man and man. Severe ecological status of our main problems: the shortage of resources, Intensification of the contradictions of supply and demand; Serious environmental pollution, the quality of life impairment; Increasing ecological degradation, human survival is facing increasingly serious challenges and so on. It seems that this is constant tension and intensification between man and nature, but in fact it is the constant tension and interpersonal inside human society. One important reason for environmental problems is institutional void for the relationship inside human society, which can be divided as below: natural resources and environmental management mechanisms and policies of the defect; social mechanism is not perfect; the legal system is not perfect. For this goal, we need to build and improve the ecological and economic structure, promoting eco-economic development; build and improve the ecological administrative mechanism, the formation of good ecological and political environment; build and improve the eco-social system, to create a good social atmosphere to protect the ecological environment; strengthen the ecological and legal system for the construction of ecological civilization provide strong legal protection.
