This thesis takes the combined stamping die as specific object of study, takes the combined stamping die's frame as a breakthough point. The thesis has studied the frame's intellectualized design technique.Frist, started from the point of frame's rapid design, and on the base of nearly a thousand standard components has been cpmplected, The thesis has analyzed and concluded the component's classification and naming rules, has studied component's parametrization modeling thchnology. The thesis has established a combined die part storehouse SolidWorks plug-in unit finally, this plug-in can satisfy the needs of designers to quickly design, greatly improve efficiency.Second, summarized the rule to chose components automatically by analyzing the structure of five general mold frames,thus created the knowledge rule of chosing components automatically for general combined stamping stamping die,and established the mathematical model formula based on these rules,finally realized the chosing components automatically through the VB language programming.Third, in order to realize combined die frame's automatic assembling, analysed the components assembly features and assembly constraint relationship,then established the assembly structure tree, completed the initial work for the combined die frame automatic assembling mathematical model's establishment and the procedure establishment.To sum up we can see that this combination of die mold for the virtual design system for research strategy and implementation approach is correct, the automatic assembling of die mold parts and the assembly elections can be achieved.
