Pharmaceutical industry is more intensive energy and resource industries, raw materials and energy consumption relatively large amount of pollution emissions are large in the national economy growing rapidly, and caused great harm to the natural environment. Therefore, the ability to achieve economic growth and environmental protection, coordinated development of the pharmaceutical industry in the key issues facing the stage. Cleaner production focus from the roots to achieve pollution reduction, process control and high-end of the treatment necessary to achieve economic development and environmental protection combined with each other, is the pharmaceutical industry to achieve environmental protection and sustainable development.In this study regarding the Zhengzhou High-tech Area with pharmaceutical companies to study, the concrete methods to realize the cleaner production for the pharmacy industry in our country was provided, and the problems and the causes that exist in the cleaner production of the pharmacy plant was analyzed. The practice of the cleaner production of the company was summarized, and the further concrete advice to implement the cleaner production in the company was given., through the source reduction and overall production process control to reduce pollutant generation and discharge.Governance at the end,This study regarding the project of vitamin pharmaceutical C wastewater treatment with IC reactor as a research object, through on-site debugging, the start-up conditions and the start-up operation of IC reactor treating vitamin pharmaceutical wastewater was deeply studied, and the impact of various factors on the actual operation of IC reactor was discussed. The formation process of granular sludge in IC was introduced and the cultivation and domestication of granular sludge was explored.By studying the start-up of IC reactor treating vitamin pharmaceutical wastewater, we found that: when the COD in influent was about 11000mg/L, the volume loading of IC reactor reached about 7.3 kg COD/(m~3·d), and the removal efficiency of COD was more than 93%, and the COD in effluent stabilized at around 600 mg/L, which lightened the treatment pressure of the following units. The sensitivity of volatile fatty acid (VFA) to environment acidity was much greater than pH value, so VFA could reflect the environmental change inside the reactor more accurately and quickly. There was a complicated relationship between the VFA in effluent and the VFA in sludge, and they had certain correlation. In the practice operation, the VFA in sludge could reflect the accumulation of volatile acids in the reactor more promptly. The removal capacity of COD in IC reactor was relevant to quality of wastewater, organic loading and other factors, while there was a positive correlation between the VFA in effluent and the removal efficiency of COD, which was the most intuitive reflection of whether the organic compounds that could be degraded was completely degraded.The IC reactor of this project was inoculated with anaerobic sludge from one citric acid plant. After 125 day's start-up, the granular sludge with certain machinery intensity and well precipitation performance had been formed in the reactor, and the removal efficiency of COD reached 93%, which marked the successful start-up of the IC reactor.
