The Empirical Study About The Cleaner Production Of Pharmacy Industry

Pharmacy industry is the important factor of national economy. It is also the basicindustry that is related to the people' life and nation' development. Pharmacy industry willdamage the natural environment when it stimulates the national economy to develop rapidly.Because it can consume vast resources and energy, and give rise to vast pollutant. Being theecological industry and realizing the coordinate development of economy and environmentare the present topic of the pharmacy industry. Cleaner production is the combination point ofeconomic development of environmental protection. It is also the necessary road that canrealize the sustainable development. This paper summarizes the problems that exist in the cleaner production of thepharmacy plant. These problems are that the pharmacy plants know little about the cleanerproduction, have little interesting to implement the cleaner production, and the measures arenot practicable. This paper also analyses the main reasons of these problems which includethe action of the government can't be exerted perfectly, the profit of the plants has no directrelation to the cleaner production, the supporting of the other people is not enough. This paper put forward the concrete methods to realize the cleaner production for thepharmacy industry in our country. These methods include the ways to cleaner production thatare in the process of production designing, reforming the producing technics, updating theequipment, exploiting the new producing flow, use the cleaner energy, building the circle ofmanufacture, the recycling usage of waste, enhancing the management, developing thetechnology of environmental protection, making the end disposing effectively.
