Cotton is the main raw materials of textile industry in China, the cotton fiber contains nearly 100% pure natural, which is the source of cellulose. The chemical structure, cotton yarn structure and fabric structure all affect anti-wrinkle properties of cotton fabric, one of the most critical factors affecting anti-wrinkle properties is the properties of cotton. It is nearly 100 years history for pure cotton textiles anti-wrinkle processing, with the development of science and technology, not only anti-wrinkle properties of the fabric are improved, a lot of new finishing agents appear. Nearly a century, anti-wrinkle technology for cotton has the five stages of development. This paper mainly studied from three aspects for the influence factors of cotton fabrics anti-wrinkle.In traditional anti-wrinkle agents, we add methyl methacrylate hydroxyl ethyl, then test the situations of fabric crease recovery angle and strength, we found durable temperature, time and the concentration of HEMA in the experiments, which has positive influence of fabric crease recovery angle and strength. After finishing in the 5% concentration of HEMA solution, we baking the fabric for 3min, baking temperature is 150oC. It can bring about ideal fabric crease recovery angle and strength.In the process of moist-care, ultrasonic treatment is adopted, when ultrasonic fabric for 2 hours, the strength loss is minimum, which is 30.5 percent. Wrinkles recovery angle is also increased 13.3 percent than normal processing. 4 percent concentration of HEMA and 2 percent concentration of initiator are also good at fabric crease recovery angle, the minimum crease recovery angle is 140°, and fabric strength is 151.12 N. Ultrasonic auxiliary for sorting, can reduce the time of piled up fabric and less effect to strength.Finally, the paper based on BTCA and etherification 2D colopHony as an example, mainly analysis the factor foor strength loss. It is mainly attribute to acerbity degradation and crosslinking strength loss. When the PH is 1-3, the effect of acid are dominating. By contrast, when PH is 4-7, the crosslinking contribute more than acid.
