| Green, environment-friendly, healthy nano composite materials have never failed to fascinate human beings since the 21st. It is the size of nano materials effect, large surface area and strong interface binding make nano composite materials have better physical properties than those whose constitutes are same but conventional. While nano anti-bacterial materials not only greatly improve the physical property of composite materials, but also endow them with safety, antimicrobial resistance and other advantages. In this way, they greatly make up for the shortcomings of a single material and give it new properties which it is not supposed to be.This dissertation is based upon preparation methods and properties of nano-Ag-loaded antibacterial agents and nano-Ag-loaded antibacterial composite materials, following three areas:(1) The preparation of nano-Ag-loaded vermiculite(VMT) agent using ion exchange. Nano-Ag-loaded VMT was prepared at room temperature using Xinjiang VMT, treated with acid, heat and sodium chloride, as raw material. Orthogonal test is used to determine the optimum experimental conditions. Element analysis showed that the silver content is up to 3.33%. FT-IR,XRD proved that there was no structure change before and after the silver was loaded. SEM revealed that silver nanoparticles uniformly coated on the VMT surface. Antibacterial experiment, cell toxicity test and ALP showed that nano-Ag-loaded VMT agent has good antibacterial properties and biocompatibility.(2) The preparation of nano-Ag-loaded montmorillonite(MMT) agent using in-suit reduction. We chose PVP as stabilizer, glycol as reducer, successfully made silver nanoparticles uniformly coat on the MMT surface treated by thiol. XRD and FT-IR of sample proved silver ions and–SH on MMT surface reacted each other. The advantage of the method is simple, easy to control, and the amount of silver on the MMT surface does not exist in other impurity ions. Antibacterial experiment and cell toxicity test showed that nano-Ag-loaded MMT agent has good antibacterial properties, biocompatibility and application prospect.(3) The preparation of nano-Ag-loaded vermiculite/PVC antibacterial composite material(Ag-VMT/PVC) using the body method. With Ag-VMT's organic processing, PVC can cross-link in vermiculite layer or on surface. Its physical, chemical and antibacterial properties were determined by FT-IR, XRD,TGA,SEM, mechanical properties, antibacterial experiment, cell toxicity test and ALP. Results showed that Ag-VMT/PVC has better mechanical properties and thermal stability than pure PVC etc. At the same time, antibacterial properties make PVC using more widely. It is the biological activity of Ag-VMT/PVC let PVC have extension of research in medical and basic life field. |
