| Stampingistheoldmethodofplasticprocessing,whichcanprocessespartseasilyandhashighmaterialutilizationefficiencyandproductivity,soitstillplaysanimportantroleinindustrynow.Stainlesssteelhasbeautifulappearanceandexcellentcorrosionresistanceproperties,sowidelyusedinthestampingprocess.meanwhile,stainlesssteelhashighstrengthandhardeningindex,poorthermalconductivity,whichleadtomoreheatisproducedandlubricationisdestroyed,sodrawingstainlesssteelisnotonlydangeroustoproducewrinkleandcrack,butalsopronetostickmoldproblemThisstainlesssteelkettlewasstudiedinthispaper,anumericalsimulationmethodwasassistedtoselecttheprogramsandvariousparametersofdrawing,andthetemperatureindrawingprocesswascheckedinordertopreventthedestructionofthelubricant.Themainworkswereasfollows:1.Discussingandsimulatingseveralmethodsofstainlesssteelkettledrawing,ainsidetoout,twicedrawingprogramwasselectedafteranalyzingandjudgingtheresultsofsimulations.2.Discussingtheindextoevaluatequalityofdrawingparts,limitingdrawingtravelwasusedastheobjectivefunction,thedrawbeadheight,punchcornerradius,diecornerradius,blankholderforceandfrictioncoefficientwereselectedasfivefactors,simulatingthefirstdrawingbyOrthogonaltest,whichcangetasetofoptimizedparametersafteranalysisofvarianceresults.Thissetofparameterscangetahighyield.3.Thefirstdrawingwassimulatedbycoupledstructuralthermalanalysis.Theresultsshowedthatthetemperaturechangeofeverypointwasdifferent,themaximumtemperatureappearingatthediecorner;temperatureofdiewaslowerthanblank,andconcentratedinthecorneranddrawbead,becauseintensefrictionhappenedhere.4.Thefactorsaffectingblanktemperaturewerestudiedbynumericalsimulations.Theresultsshowedthatthefasterthedrawingspeedwasandthethickerorbiggertheblankwere,thehighertemperaturewasinducedbydrawing.Undertheslowpunch,thetemperatureriseofblankwasonlyafewdozendegrees,whichhadlittleeffectonthedrawingprocess.Butinthefast punch,thetemperaturerisewasmuchhigher,whichneedselecttheappropriatelubricanttopreventlubricationfailure.5.Theblanktemperatureandthicknessofdrawingpartsweremeasured.Theresultsweresimilarwithsimulationresults,whichverifiesthefiniteelementmethodwascorrect. |
