Based on the poor state of water, energy and environment in China, the idea of reusing low-phase energy of sewage is put forward in the thesis on the aim of continuable development. And we make some scientific resetrches as follows: Designing and choosing a set of sewage source heat pump system that is fit for the condition of urban sewage. And a new type of heat exchanger is designed and produced in order to overcome some problems which often happen in same researches, for example, the heat exchanger is often crammed by the dross in sewage and the efficiency of heat exchanger is very low in the impact of sewage. Making scientific researches about the reusing low-phase energy of sewage. In research experiments, the sewage source heat pump was used to extract the low-phase energy of sewage. This system of reusing low-phase energy of sewage (SRLES) serves as an air conditioner in summer and a heat source in winter depending on the needs of the controlled space, one workshop of the Gao Beidian WWTP. According to the research experiments, some significative results were given in the thesis. Making a technic and economic compare between the sewage source heat pump and other several counterparts (the ground source heat pump and burning boiler + common air-conditioner). The significance of reusing low-phase energy of sewage is emphasized again according to the conclusion of technic and economic compare. And the economic effect of the SRLES is given in the thesis. Putting forward the main results of the research experiments and the proposals for the farther research.
