Sewage-source heat pump is the use of sewage as heat source/heat transfer, realize the energy conversion of the grade, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling or heating. Therefore, in railway construction sewage-source heat pump station of application and promotion, energy saving and emission reduction to have the important meaning.This article through to the national five typical climate zoning railway passenger sewage resources for research, the sewage characteristic parameters, establishes sewage temperature calculation model, the results of the study show that:railway passenger sewage belong to the life sewage, the corrupt sundry mainly for large scale dirt and micro scale dirt, its temperature almost not by the sun radiation interference, is constant, certain time range is not big, the establishment of sewage temperature model can better predict sewage temperature.The hot and cold water resources grade, reliability and stability, the analysis shows that the sewage grade and stability are energy is good, but because the wastewater quantity is small, resource capacity and railway station building cold (hot) compared to load, the proportion of the smaller, the capacity is limited, can bear part regional load demand. Existing sewage-source heat pump technology at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the sewage-source heat pump system heat exchanger type, water and sewage water technology back filter technology, according to railway passenger sewage characteristics, suggest railway passenger sewage-source heat pump sewage water intakes set mode the proposal with FenLieShi, sewage filtering equipment is enclosed filter hydraulic continuous surface regeneration device.From energy saving benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits and social benefits several aspect, and discussed sewage-source heat pump in the adaptability of the railway passenger, the results of the study show that, sewage-source heat pump in railway passenger application, would have obvious energy saving benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits and social benefit,; By using dynamic annual cost value method to analyze the sewage-source heat pump with the investment capital can be recovered for4-7years commonly, demonstrates the sewage-source heat pump used in railway passenger economic feasibility.According to the type of railway passenger sewage character and the indirect heat pipe heat exchanger, sewage go tube, hot water go shell lift sewage and scaling the total heat transfer, when the total heat transfer coefficient, fouling heat resistance, clean coefficient and redundancy in the area of the changes relationship, and to establish a scaling prediction model of sewage, the experimental results show that the heat transfer process of sewage, heat transfer temperature difference and fouling heat resistance, the total heat transfer coefficient finally to achieve a dynamic balance, fouling heat resistance, clean coefficient and redundancy area all can reaction by the extent of the pollution heat exchanger, established the fouling resistances forecast model.
