Cane juice separation and purification is the highest cost and more difficult process in cane sugar mill. Many sugar industrial countries of the world pay more attention to improve product quality and simplify process in sugar production .Based on the some physical and chemical properties of phytic acid such as its metal-complex compound. which is difficult to be dissolved and its successful usage to soften water and to control the change of the colouring matters in fruits and vegetables and to get rid of metal ion in wine, this research studied phytic acid disposition on mixed juice and c sugar. The results are as follows :In low temperatureQ~55 ),the Calcium- phytic acid adsorbed some colouring matters and impurities in mixed juice .And the colour value and turbidity of mixed juice were decreased to a certain extent. The rate of increase of the Calcium ion is lower than that of sulfitated juice. Following the increase in quantities of the Phytic acid ,the volumn of the mud became large. But the setting rate and filtration rate of the cane juice were improved by adding polyacrylamide. We can forecast the technology of clarification will be improved by using phytic acid and lime milk and floatation process, Combining the simplified sulfitation process and carbonation process. The follow was the main contents in this research paper. 1 Using Calcium-phytic acid adsorbed colouring matters and impurities. Studies the rate of decolourization and deturbidity. And the mixed juice was disposed by orthogonal experiment, then the best condition of technological requirements were found out for them. 2 By multivariate regression, some possible affecting factors to clarification were analyzed about their significance. This paper also deduced out the factor effect functions and tested its accuracy. 3 Studies on the adsorption properties of the fresh calcium-phytic acid precipitates. And the mathematical model was established to describe the adsorption properties. 4 The c sugar was disposed by adding acid and lime milk, the decolourization effect was discussed in this paper.
