This paper deals with the theoretical research of virtual NC system. and the experimental verification of its correlative technique. The cosmos configuration the theoretical bases and its correlative technique of this system are also detailed discussed.The definition.. classification, actual development and application of virtual NC system are detailed given according to the development and classification of the virtual manufacture. The work carried on are given as follows:Its configuration frame description. According to the definition .. character, classification and actual development of the virtual manufacture, the configuration frame chart. Finally its correlative support techniques is analyzed and its application are presented.Its theoretical bases study. Its program format, interpolation operation are systematically discussed in this chapter. The time segmentation of the lineal interpolation and the ameliorative immediate functional interpolation of the circular interpolation as well as their principle and realization are also deeply studied.The systematic configuration imitative SIEMENS 810M virtual NC system is described in detail.Its simulative and interpretative flat roofs description. The NC program algorithm of the interpretative flat roof, the simulate algorithm of the process orbit and their realization are given in this chapter.The hardware circuit design of the experimental verification. The hardware circuit design included the I/O card circuit design and new type step motor driver design. Their principle, design course and debug are also included.Finally this virtual NC system is experimented and the ideal result is achieved.
