The Research On Bushes Curving Forming And The CAD System Design Of The Forming Die

The thesis derives from the challenge of technique reforming happening to self-lubrication bearing forming industry and the research aims to enhance the quality and productivity of self-lubrication bearing products.The thesis can be mainly divided into two parts. In the first part, the thesis has firstly anatomized the practical craft and level of the current process of self-lubrication bearing forming industry, and has founded out the key factors accounting for product quality. Then, the thesis has widely referred to the newest domestic and abroad technique information data about bending forming, and has absorbed some ideas and means which are useful to self-lubrication bearing forming, while having systematically studied the theory of bending forming process, which is one of the punch forming process. Finally, the thesis brought forward a concrete better scheme by enacting a reformed forming process and drafting drawings of forming dies. In the Mother part, the thesis has realized the CAD system design by means of application development of AutoCAD 2000 by VBA, making use of ActiveX Automation technique.
