Heat insulation is one of the most important measure to reduct the fuel comsumption and raise the efficency of glass furnaces.It is significant for optimum design of heat insulation of glass furnaces to improve the standard of the design and economize energy resource.Based on the understanding of the heat transfer process in linings of glass furnaces,a numeric module for optimization has been established and it can be solved by dynamic prograniming.To implement it,a software system,involving a database,a insulation setting program and a insulation optimizing program,has been worked out. The database with the insulation setting program, manages information of the insulator and refactory,while the insulation optimizing program with the insulation setting progrinn,optimizes the design of insulation based on the database.Additionally, the optimum of glass batch calculation is studied and implemented.For the opurpose of minimizing the costing on the different characterization of the feasible region of glass ingredient,the different algorithms of linear programming and nonlinear programming is appled to optimize the batch of glass.And there is a program implemented it.
