With the rapid development of machining,computer numeral control (CNC) machining , which level was represent the development of machining product even industry, has been a major technology processing. In all of numeral control (NC) code, G-code was the traditional NC code. However, for the reason that G-code was fussy to program, easy to make mistake and time-consuming, some methods of CNC program was set up based on the reason that G-code cannot satisfy kinds of users'meeting at present. These methods could simplify NC programming, make flexible and timesaving processing. The article is mainly discussed including the following aspects:1. The paper put forward the NC system code programming at present on the base of analyzing the problem of low efficiency, time-consuming, high request for programmer, easy to make mistake and incomplete service for users. The methods, including parametric programming, graphical programming and macro command programming, were ameliorated and embedded in NC system. Experiments were also constructed to testify its validity.2. Take hobbing machine for example, CNC system processed with parameter was analyzed, concluded and discussed, and the hobbing process was realized according to number calculated and movement decompounded. A control model, which performed continuous motion in the gear hobbing process with discrete points, was presented to decompose the gear meshing movement of the hob-spindle and the work-table.3. Dealing with graphic information of DXF files, including picking up information and optimizing image element, was analyzed based on the programming character of 2-D graphic file. The method that directly created NC code from DXF files was analyzed, and a graphic file was presented to validate the feasibility that could enhance the capability of programming automation in NC system, and account for the interface between AutoCAD software and CNC system.4. The theories of macro program were analyzed based on the features of main macro instruction programming in NC system. The details on application of macro instruction in programming were expatiated in a manner of scanning it word by word, and achieved the request of NC system macro programming. In this process, a method of lexical analysis was constructed to simplify the program. A typical hyperbolic parts was approved this method in machining.Special NC programming and compiling was set up which is convenient to special processing for users. It can be satisfied for kings of requirement in wider and deeper machining, and make great effort for efficiency and flexibility.
