Based on the general review of the research method and history of the heat and moisture transfer through clothing, a new theoretical model is proposed in this thesis.In this model, the heat conduction, convection and radiation in micro-climate are included, and the gradient of temperature and water vapor pressure is regarded as the main driving force. The coupling interaction between two factors is also taken into consideration. Especially, the evaporation-condensation phenomenon, which reflect the phase trans-formation, is taken account of in this model.This new model consists of temperature and water vapor pressure field model. On the basis of the idea of the continuum media approach, a numerical model, which reflects the combined diffusion of heat and moisture through clothing and determines temperature and water vapor pressure field, is established according to the law of energy, mass and the Stenfen diffusion theory.In this paper, the mathematical model is discreted by the mean of the implicit difference of fixed step length. The computer program to simulate the heat and moisture transfer in micro-climate has been designed.This new model has been used emphatically to simulate the heat and moisture transport process in micro-climate under varied boundary condition of human body, doming and environment. Furthermore, me factors and characteristics influencing the processes have been discussed.
