Study On The Low-pressure Die Casting's Technique With The Electromagnetic Pump For Aluminium Castings

In this paper,the parameters such as the head pressure and the flow rate with relation to the hoisting current of the imported electromagnetic pump from Ukraine had been studied.We also studied the influential rules of the flow rate by the liquid level of the crucible and the surplus head pressure of the outflow exit. Also we had gained an experienced formula about the flow rate with the head pressure, the liquid level of the crucible , the outflow exit heights .On these basis ,we have studied the new casting technique of the tank's engine top which poured by the electromagnetic pump associated with rational melting and purifying process.The parameters such as the head pressure and the flow rate with relation to the hoisting current of the electromagnetic pump which devised by our foundry research center had been studied. Furthermore,we have studied the casting technique of the supercharger's impellers with the electromagnetic pump.The above studies have a few consulting effects for the Low-pressure die casting with the electromagnetic pump.
