| The description for configuration of continuous twisted thread, mathematic model construction and computer image processing are researched in this thesis. With microscopic observation and the theory of yarn configuration, the mathematic theoretic model for continuous twisted thread, ply and spire thread are constructed. Outline and feature value , such as radius, spire distance, angle of inclination, of yarn is obtained through computer image processing programming in Visual C++ 6. 0 such as color drawing, gray bi-level processing, erosion, dilation, edge detection and outline abstraction. According to the outline, a curve is estimated by statistical method. And compare the estimated curve with the one drawing by mathematic model, the deviation between them is measured. Because of the frictional force between threads when twisting, these two curves could not be coincided. |
